Train your staff to greet their guest, smile (even if they don't want to) or have them to seek employment somewhere else -a place where they are NOT seen! Clean the area where you store the mix-ins-it's dirty pull it all the way out and do a deeper clean. Toss out those old looking products & reclean the jars! The front line should be spotless.
