It has a well manicured 18 hole golf course, nine more holes (27 total) gym, two pools, tennis courts and all that. It also has a clubhouse which is the focus of my review. First off, this is the ugliest clubhouse I've ever entered. Think Little Rascals He Man Woman Hater's Club if you're that much into club houses. Ugly brown crown molding, ratty carpeting, ugly beige walls and exposed wood ceilings. The lobby looks like a mausoleum too. After the ceremony in a non cool room (idiots turned on the heat by mistake), we were sent into the reception area, which was the south room and adjoining spaces. At least they actually had on the AC in here. Open bar and passed canapés as one would expect. Some of these canapés including bacon wrapped scallops stand out because they were AWFUL!! I almost spit out the spinach pie; I should've known better when I saw them drizzled with heaven knows what. Scallops over cooked and lousy...at least there was an open bar. After two dark rum and colas, I even had enough of that; cheap lo-rent swill. Salad was simple mixed greens with a slice of cuke, some red onion and a couple of CHILLED cherry tomatoes. Well, there was the next sign that the kitchen doesn't know what it's doing. Tomatoes are supposed to be room temperature; period. Dressing stop said salad was nondescript. For entrees the Queen Bee had crab stuffed grouper and I had filet mignon. Filet was bland but had a halfway decent demiglaze with it. Queen Bee didn't care for her grouper. Everyone else at the table seemed more or less okay with it. To be fair, I didn't try the stuff. Both entrees were accompanied by overcooked asparagus and bland rice pilaf. Blech! I'm sure the wedding party paid good money for this stuff. If this is any sign of how their dining rooms are, then kindly include me OUT of this club. I'd rather graze on the grass from the 10th fairway. The desserts you see are provided by an outside bakery so nothing to say here. Not really much worthwhile or positive to say about having a function here, either. Have it at Chuck E. Cheese or a bowling alley instead! Eh!!

A beautiful park that was recently renovated, in the heart of downtown Tampa. They have started…read morehosting many events lately and one of the most recent ones has been the "momma duck" art exhibit and her kid "Timmy". The park itself is very clean and nicely laid out with a cool splash pad for children to play in as well as a nice little park with stuff to climb and slide down and around on. I like that the park had some really clean bathrooms and the stalls didn't have any gaps when I closed the door. Being able to walk around this park and see some beautiful views of the water was something that was very cool because it is right off the water! No matter where I was walking there was something to see and enjoy. There was also a ton of seating around the park so I didn't have to sit on the floor or sit in the way of anyone. I also love that there are both stairs and ramps so that everyone is able to enjoy this park!

This was the first time I had been to Coachman since it was redone and it is awesome! There was a…read morefestival going on so there were a lot of people out and about, lots of food trucks and crafters. I liked that there is a eater feature for kids to play in and a bathroom. Also, during this event they had the bathrooms of the music venue open, which was really nice. I liked being able to walk up the hill between the music venue ans the library to see what it would be like to be sitting on the lawn for a concert and to also see the seating area for concerts. At the top of the hill, near where some construction is now taking place, are the murals. I love murals! They bring joy to the park. Parking isn't great. I parked far away on the street for free. The lot I parked next to is not free during concerts but was also free duringbthis daytime festival. I definitely will attend more events here.

He has…read moreattended the clinics with Coach Steve and Coach Laz and also takes private lessons with Coach Laz. I've been incredible happy with our entire experience. I now have 2 of my other children in clinics with Coach Donna and they are loving it! Lori is the most enthusiastic, cheerful, and helpful person and the rest of her staff has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. The courts and grounds are beautiful and I'm pleased to call this our home for tennis.

However once your in its a very well lot nice place to at. Most players are fairly welcoming on fact there's a meet up group that shows here. Huge following sunday 2-4 and decent following Thursday nights at 7. All in all the green clay courts are nice perhaps not the best but very playable and decently maintained and the hard courts are quite nice no flat spots or cracks. Definitely swing by to see.

They also have a "Social Hall" that you can rent for parties - as long as the parties aren't like toga parties or some other type of wild party. I have seen dolphins from the park. I have also seen manatees in the waters off the southern side of the complex. You will never catch me in the pool because I don't like swimming in chlorine or uric acid. They have a lot packed into a small area, just a short walk north of the heart of the Clearwater Beach action.

The brother sister team that run the tennis are great and very friendly. They also have hard courts with a ball machine. The clay courts are in excellent condition. They are watered from an underground system which negates the need to get out a hose and water continually all day. No down time. However, the only drawback to this watering system is the fact it is nearly impossible to slide. The water creates a very tacky surface. But that is a very small critique considering the beautiful setting and great staff. I highly recommend this place if you are on vacation or if you live down there and are considering joining the club. I cannot recommend this place more highly......I loved it.

Sandra Freedman Tennis Complex renewed my interest in tennis. The courts are beautiful and the waterfront views are a plus. Also, the front desk guys are a few of the coolest people I've ever met. In addition, the coaches are amazing at what they do. The courts are clay which is very forgiving to my joints. The tennis complex turned into my 2nd home. I play there once or twice a week. Check it out if you have a chance!
