With my daughter playing on two top teams this year, we felt it was time to really fine-tune her skates. She has hypermobility in her ankles that causes her feet to turn slightly inward, affecting how her blades sit on the ice. Brendan went above and beyond. He reviewed photos and videos, fine-tuned her Superfeet insoles, adjusted her skates, and eventually moved one blade ever so slightly off-center to get her into a more neutral position. The difference has been remarkable. Her balance has improved, she's skating faster, and the skates are working with her much more naturally. After spending considerable time helping her, Brendan even took a look at my skates. After eight knee surgeries and a recent ankle surgery, he made adjustments that have me feeling noticeably more balanced on the ice too. Brendan's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail are second to none. I just wish I'd met him before my college hockey career! Thank you, Brendan, for everything you've done for both of us. TSR has absolutely earned our business. We'll definitely be back!

He went above and beyond to keep me in my prices rang and was honest and thoughtful with his suggestions. He walked me through the process of changing a blade and explained why it didn't work on the skates I had. When they didn't have the right size skate he looked at other pure hockey's and didn't try to sell me something I wouldn't be happy with. I came in looking for a stringking mark 2d and I got the last one, so if you go in looking for a specific head you may be disappointed, but usually, the selection isn't bad, especially for attack and middie heads.

I have a big hiking trip coming up and decided to get some gaiters when I saw the forecast called for rain every day. when I arrived, I asked someone to help me find where they were. I asked her how to know whether or not I was getting the right size she not only told me what to look for and how they should fit, she suggested that I go try on a pair of hiking boots just to see how they feel with boots on when I move around. I went up to the shoe section and told them I was just there to try on boots to try on with my gators. Even knowing that I had no intention of buying hiking boots, this young man brought me out three pairs of hiking boots to try on. And yes, I realize this all may be a ploy to try to get me to buy hiking boots.... But the attention to detail is spot on! I came over to try on gators. He brought me only waterproof high cut boots. He also stuck around and helped me figure out which size gaitors to get. Well, I am now a happy customer with a good set of gaitors and yes, I also bought the hiking boots. They were on sale!
