The bald guy treated me like a criminal looking at cards. The whole experience is very uncomfortable and the people are standoffish. Why work here if you're miserable? I went in to get my nephew some items to get his gaming started. They have miniature game pieces that you can paint and some already painted. The clerk is very knowledgeable about everything in there. Took his time to answer all my questions and I was able to get everything my nephew can use for his first rpg game night adventure with his friends for a good price. This time even without wrap all items were like 40% higher in price. I loved this store but they really screw up here. They usually sold out before this time they couldnt even do it. Turns out it was the old building and they were moved to a new one off Nottingham, but they were having an event in the old spot in a few days so staff was on hand to get it setup. off to the new location I go and was impressed with how organized and clean the store was. In my two stops that day, I dealt with 2 different staff members and I have to say, AMAZING!
