PHONE SCREEN REPLACED INCORRECTLY!…read more DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible quality of service and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I got my screen fixed in March of 2026 and was NOT told that it was an aftermarket screen until after it was put on and I noticed that the color was off. It's June now and the screen is separated from the phone. I called and asked if they can connect it again since they put the screen on in March, and was told no. I paid over $300 to get this fixed. He said it was maybe because I put it in my car?! Terrible TERRIBLE service and quality. If you have an iPhone or ANY phone DO NOT come here. It may be more expensive to get it done by the actual company like Apple or Samsung but they at least stand by their work and won't try to cheat you. I wish I would've listened to wisdom and gone to Apple this place is as shady as they come and will NEVER go back to again!

Always a friendly, professional and nominally priced service…read more I started using this location a few years ago. I've always had a professional reception and service. The techs are fair in their assessment and reasonable in their quotes. Other customers who came there were received well, moderate waiting times. And also they left satisfied like me. They don't make unreasonable promises. They deliver on commitments and honor their warranty as I could see with other customers who brought their stuff in.

I dropped by hoping for a quick fix, and true to their word, they had my battery replaced in under an hour! The turnaround time was genuinely impressive. I recently had Cellairis replace the screen of my broken iPhone…read more I am a single parent, and I have two young autistic children that I care for myself. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

He fixed my screen in maybe 15 minutes, perhaps less, and I was good to go. I went with the cheaper screen at first and had it for a few days. I decided I didn't like the color of it, which Joel informed me of before I picked a new screen. (Very helpful) When I decided to upgrade my screen on my iPhone, I called Joel back up and we met the next day at the same Starbucks. I paid him the difference, from $104 to $174, and again, good to go. I am extremely happy with the result and I feel like I have a new phone again. Thank you, Joel!!

The screen that was installed is not an OLED. Shahzada over charged and forced negotiations. The price in store was different than over the phone. Once we agreed on the product and price work began. I was then shown the phone very briefly to verify work was done and told there are no warranties of any sort. Not being in the industry I trusted that he did the work requested. He installed a low tier screen at a high tier price and did not disclose this. I called to discuss and he could not tell me what kind of screen was installed - he calls it a generic iPhone screen. It is terrible quality- glitchy, low brightness, battery draining, and makes your phone run hot. His pricing started at $450. We negotiated for an OLED for $200. An OLED was not installed. Do not do business here. The store does not keep the advertised hours. The one redeeming quality is that the work was done quickly.
