Extremely dissatisfied that a company who sells batteries and lightbulbs does not recycle those items free of charge. They should be heavenly involved in recycling at all costs to meet customer satisfaction and be part of attempting to be more eco friendly. Charging a customer to recycle their products is not very business savy and will look to other companies for batteries and light bulbs in the future. read more

1st order was good. Made a second order and the batteries were out of stock and would be in Friday. 3 Fridays now and I call and they tell me they received the wrong batteries. I said ok, please refund my card. They said I would have to come in. Why I made the order online? The business is at least 30 miles away. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the Manager will not be in until Monday after 10. This has been a huge waste of time and isn't getting better. read more

Worst experience ever. twice! So we go to order a key fob for our new 4Runner. Not in stock. Gotta have it so we order it. They promise to call us when it arrives. We end up calling them and find out it's been delivered. Make time to drive over and get it cut and programmed. Well they destroy the key. No apologies, just the machines fault. Go figure. They order another. So after I explain what a hassle they are making this very simple process, again, no apology, just a yeah I live so and so. I don't care where you live, I'm the customer, you're the representative of the company! Fix it. So as we leave they again promise to call us when it arrives. Again, I end up calling and finding out it has already been delivered. So we make yet more time to drive over and get it cut and programmed. Walk in and they start saying that the locksmith has left already. Really? We just got off the phone. Why not give that info?! So we throw our hands in the air in despair and now someone from the back says oh hey, I can help with that. The first one says it's done and sends us on our way. So we start it up it immediately goes dead. So back in the store, the tech then starts arguing about how it worked for him. Well not us and we haven't even gotten it to run yet. After 15 minutes, and 2 techs we finally got it going. Long story a short. Don't go to this location for anything other than a flashlight or batteries. read more

Their web-site / store is a fraud! I ordered a AGM car battery and two tractor batteries for 'Buy online, pickup in-store' where they offer a 10% discount. I even had a hard time submitting my orders because of the constant pop-ups offering the 10% discount for on-line ordering. For each purchase, I never got the promised discount or even the $30 rebate they claim to have for the AGM battery I bought. According to my running total, they have screwed me out of at least $75 in discounts in last few months. (I love how yelp.com claims vendors cannot pay to have bad reviews removed, yet my reviews of this place seem to keep disappearing). read more

Great customer service and amazing prices. I stopped by yesterday to get a quote for a battery for a Toyota Venza. Their prices are $60 to $80 cheaper than Autozone or Advanced Autoparts. I bought the new battery and they installed it right there on the spot. The gentleman also gave me advice on potential reasons the old battery was drained. I purchased 2 Duracell group 24 marine batteries in June 2019 for my boat. When the boat was de winterized this year it was discovered both batteries were bad, would not accept any charge. I learned this on Friday, June 12 and retrieved and returned the batteries to the store on Monday, June 15. The store confirmed both batteries were bad, but said the 1 year warranty expired on June 12, 3 days earlier over the weekend. I appealed to the store and corporate, but 3 days was too long after the warranty expired, for both defective batteries. The last set of batteries lasted nearly 10 years. I noticed the same battery with a date code a few months before mine on the counter, I asked if that was defective as well, but told it was a customer order. I went for an automobile battery and was told there was only one person working and to come back the next day because they couldn't do the install until then. I go back the next day and they have two people working but tell me they can't do the install because "it's difficult to do" on my vehicle. Wimps! This girl came home and took out the old battery and had the new one in within 10 minutes - and it cranked just fine. Hire some people that aren't wimps! read more

I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone 6 & this was done in less than 20 minutes for $59.00 plus tax. Everybody in the store was friendly & professional when I dropped my phone off, but at pickup, one of the employees was on the phone speaking loudly & rudely, trying to give directions to the person on the line.
