I followed the instructions up until the time it starts saying to plant the strawberries. In this particular kit that was purchased, it did not include the berries. Sometimes there's a manufacturer error, so I reached out to tractor supply where we purchased it. The person that I talk to says it does not include strawberries. I explained that it says it on the instructions. We brought the instructions and the plastic red container to the store. We were met with arguments about the product. Which is not our issue as the consumer. It would fall on the business to reach out to the manufacturer. Instead of exchanging it or checking to see if other packages included strawberries, we were told no refund unless we bring back the dirt. Really? So that's exactly what we did, drove back home gathered the dirt and returned it. As a person who works in customer service, I would've said just keep the dirt and refunded the money. It's absolutely insane that this company asked us to return dirt in order to get a refund.

I do that... they are not convinced that sign belongs to those plants. The guys in the garden center (who have the plants in trying to buy) call someone else. He says in this instance he will make an exception and honor the price I'm stating. They want me to go back into the store, walk back to the garden center, get the plants and the sign and go back to cashier. They tell me they're not their plants, they belong to a third party vendor and they can't just give them away ! They didn't give them away. I left.

However for me its questions galore, like a kid in a candy store. What's this, what's that, How does this work, what is this for. Educational experience, I could spend hours in places like this just asking questions. The store is pretty large consider the outside does look a bit small, they have I think everything? One Aisle of power tools, an aisle and half of the air compressor tools. It is definitely really interesting. Welding supplies, air compressors, Gas tanks, generators, lawnmowers ( slim selection right now), clothing, pallet jacks, really they have a ton of stuff. The employees were super helpful they stopped and asked how we were doing a few times as we wondered through the store. I was randomly picking up objects and my husband was looking at different tools and supplies he would like. Overall it is a great experience. We will definitely be back. He did say the prices in the store were a bit higher than the catalog they have, but with the shipping and handling cost in the catalog the store prices might equal.

Inside the store is going thru a remodel so items are not out for viewing. I did speak with a sales representative and was able to see what they stock and what they can order. On the floor I did not see anything I liked. I was given a catalog and a business card with a url for a website they can order "custom" screen doors.
