    Great place for hard to find batteries and specialty bulbs. They also have car FOBS that they can match to the FOB you need

However, Tuesday (October 7th) came and I still hadn't received any update, so I called around 2:30 PM. Chad answered and initially told me there was no iPad matching my model in the store. Naturally, I became very concerned that my device had been misplaced or worse. After asking him to double-check, he admitted he had found it "hidden between drawers." He then told me he would need to overnight the parts to repair it which completely contradicted what I was told when I dropped it off. When I expressed my frustration, he repeatedly interrupted me and, despite apologizing, spoke to me in a condescending tone. He even said, "I'm going to break things down for you real slow so you can understand what I'm telling you here." As someone with a Master's degree, I found this extremely disrespectful and unnecessary , especially since my frustration was about the lack of communication, not confusion about the process. I told him I was not willing to wait another day and went to pick up my iPad, which was still shattered. The entire experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. I immediately went to IFIXandRepair, where the staff was courteous and began working on my device right away, and it should be done within a day. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can avoid wasting their time and money. Lastly, I was told my iPad's password was required, which I found concerning since it shouldn't have been necessary for this type of repair. Given that he had my device for three days without even starting the work, I'm uneasy about the potential privacy implications as well.

I went up the next day and I tried to ask some very important questions and the owner was extremely rude to me. He was very defensive when I asked to see my IPad. Every time I tried to ask a question he cut me off. He then walked away from me in the middle of my sentence and told me our conversation was over. All I was trying to do was get clarification on the additional work my IPad needed. I told him to go ahead and give me my IPad back. I did not want the service any longer. He refused to give me my IPad back. He told me to come back tomorrow and maybe I could have it back. I would not recommend this business! Horrible customer service!

    AWFUL SERVICE! I wish I could give them zero stars ... They damaged my phone. Take your business…read moresomeplace else!!! Brough my perfectly-working iPhone to have its battery replaced. I brought a brand new battery and related glue and screen sealer. The day after the battery was replaced, the front face camera had bubbles (due to humidity caused by the heater they used to open the phone) and the Face ID function did not work. In addition, the mic when using speakerphone did not work. I took it back and explained this to Brad (I believe that's his name). He immediately said they were not responsible for the damage because they didn't change those parts. Correct... You did not change those parts, you DAMAGED those parts while changing the battery. This person also lied when he said he had used the glue and the screen sealer of the phone that I brought. How do I know? ... When I was explaining what was wrong with the phone, after he had changed the battery, he became rude and aggressive and almost screaming at me in front of another client. Then the owner showed up and asked him to go to the back room. He also told him he shouldn't be speaking and treating clients like that ... screaming and not even listening to what I had to say. I explained to the owner what happened then he asked Brad to open the phone and show it to me. That's when I saw how he had poorly installed the new battery as and there was no glue attached to it (to hold the battery on its place) and he didn't installed the screen sealer which I provided too (brand new). Then the owner said to me: we don't install those screen sealers here! and that is not what Brad told me the day prior. He said: yes, I used everything you brought including the glue and screen sealer. What a LIAR dishonest person! So I took my phone and left the place and I told the owner. You lose business because of bad customer service and poor quality of work. In both cases: they provided horrendous service and poor quality of work. So I took my phone to the Apple Store for an estimate. They quote me $400 to replace the battery, and fix the speaker mic, and clean the mess these people did. So, PLEASE take your business someplace else and avoid yourself a headache and being treated so poorly and disrespectful. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!
