So I had an iPhone 5 that I let a friend use that all of a sudden stopped working and I brought it to the Apple Store since I know it wasn't damaged. Apple wanted me to pay $279 for Out of Warranty charge. Which I would say was not a bad deal but... I asked Apple what the issue was and the Genius Bar guy said we can't really tell since it's easier to just troubleshoot and turn the "broken" phone in to the factory to be refurbished vs trying to isolate the issue. I decide to go to these guys and they were able to Isolate and fix the issue in less than 2 hours for all of $50! I can't complain. #iphone6plus @idoctor

He charged me $180, told me the drive was corrupt, and told me I had to mail my hard drive to a data recovery place in Georgia for $600 if I wanted my pictures back. I was distraught! Robert recovered my data and made me a thumb drive in a few hours for a 1/3 of the cost with no problems at all. I am very impressed with his quick turnaround and knowledge about data recovery!
