After they took it to the back, suddenly I was told my power button was broken and my battery was swollen. That is not the condition I walked in with. These problems appeared only after they handled my phone. They also gave me my cracked screen back in worse shape and did NOT return the tools or the new screen packaging that I brought in. That's shady and unprofessional. It makes it look like something went wrong while they were working on it and they didn't want to admit it. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to act like the damage was already there. It wasn't. I know my own device, and I know exactly how it was working before I handed it over. I've already filed a BBB complaint because the way I was treated at this location was unfair, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Management needs to step up and address this situation.

UBREAKIFIX: A Nightmare Customer Service Experience…read more I've had a terrible experience with UBREAKIFIX. After my Samsung Fold 5's original screen protector bubbled, I took it to UBREAKIFIX. The first replacement lasted a week, the second a month. I returned to a different location for a fix, only to be told they couldn't help and I had to return to the original store. After months of waiting, I finally returned to the original store. The technician was unprofessional, took hours to fix the issue, and damaged my phone further. The final product had visible particulate matter and fingernail marks on the screen protector. My phone case was also missing. To add insult to injury, UBREAKIFIX corporate has been unresponsive to my complaints and has failed to offer any compensation. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using UBREAKIFIX for any computer, phone, video game console,or any repair needs. Read other people's nightmare experiences if you don't believe it. I will post this review anywhere I possibly can in hopes of preventing anyone else from having to go thru this.

Wife picks it up and when I log into it screen looks like it is wrinkled. Enough is enough he prices a replacement (refurb $1200+ dollars including my credit) I can buy a new one for $800 at Sams. I should have asked what the selling price was (remember they were transparent) but the reality is i can buy 2 new ones for the price of a refurb (1200 + what I spent $485=$1685. I asked why he didn't tell me the price (I should have asked) He then lectures me that mom and pops have to mark items up from retail (for new they buy at retail prices??? That being said I am traveling for work and am totally unfamiliar with this area, nor the degree of aptitude of their services. That being said I went in and received immediate service from a very young gentleman. Solid greeting and smile from this individual, who proceeded to ask what he could help me with. I expressed my issue with the maintenance light and asked if he could possibly run a diagnostic check on my vehicle. He did the diagnostic check printed off the result; which claimed no issues. Stumped of the reason why the maintenance light was on , we batted around some ideas of why.
