I got in a wreck in January 2022 down the street from the shop. My insurance said these guys have great reviews and are in their network, so I decided to bring it there. Now because of the timing and manufacturing delays etc, I understand things may take longer than anticipated, which sucks, but is what it is. Here is where the problem lies. My insurance has an online system where the body shop is supposed to update repairs and expected finish dates, etc. Well, on multiple occasions it said my car would be ready that Friday of whatever week I was looking at. So I would make plans to get a ride to go pick up my car, take time off work, etc. Each time I would call to make sure it was indeed ready, and Greg would rattle on and on about all the reasons why they didn't have all the parts etc. Like BRO, you could have updated the system, you could have called to let me know it was delayed. Instead now I have to listen to 10 minutes worth of the same excuses every time (it was painful). Anyway, finally got my car back after about 4 months with a couple parts missing that we were still waiting on. There were then multiple issues with us showing up and the parts weren't painted, had a scratch on them, etc. It is now middle of July and we finally got everything completed. Terrible business practice and absolutely no respect for other people time.

Upon completion I was given a stack of papers and was told here is what we did as if I know how to understand their language used to document repairs. No one explained anything to me throughout the process of my car being repaired at this shop. Overall experience was horrible. (DON'T use them for your Insurance claim, it's shady they work for the insurance company)

In less than 6 months the entire part fell off my car. When I went to have the repair redone , Craig tried to accuse me of pulling the part off manually. it took 6 weeks for them to complete the order for my part and I was told AFTER the work was complete that the repair wasn't under warranty and I was expected to pay full price even though their policy states all repairs are under warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was told the owner would contact me the next day to follow up and answer my questions, now there's an excuse and straight up nasty attitude and poor customer service when I call to follow up and i STILL haven't heard from the owner over a week later. I would NEVER bring another vehicle here again.
