I went in to fix my car Air Conditioner originally with some parts that i had bough. . They fixed it and added some other amounts because they said they found other issues. I paid up but thought they should have called me first to go over the other issues, and drove out , but on leaving the garage, the shift gear wasn't engaging properly, so i went back. I asked them to take a look at the shift gear, give me a quote so i would know a firm price. They kept the car in the garage all day and the next day. I then called them back to ask for the quote . The lady at the front desk gave me a price but i wasn't sure and wanted to speak with the mechanic . When i did, he was giving me a different narrative, said the price they gave me was ball park and not sure if they may find something else, because they hadn't actually diagnosed the issue and wouldn't know until they took it apart so all i had was actually a ball park figure which could change depending on what they found when doing the repair. Since i had an experience with being given one price and being charged more for the AC, I decided i couldn't take the chance since they had the car for over a day and wouldn't commit to a firm price so i felt they were likely to charge me differently if i went ahead with them, so I decided to tow it home and consider what to do with the car. I called them latter in the day (friday) to let them know i was towing the vehicle but no one picked up the phone. I called on Saturday, same thing. I called them on Monday and got the front desk and told them i was sending the towing vehicle. But to my suprise, the towing vehicle guy called me on the way and said they were refusing to release the vehicle! claiming i owed them service charges? I called them back wondered what it was about since they told me they hadn't diagnosed the car but only suspected it was the clutch and gave me only a ball park figure. I was upset and asked how much was the charges and the lady said they would call me back as the mechanic wasn't around. I called them back time and again as the tow vehicle was already on the way and finally i got a price. reluctantly offered to pay by credit card over the phone. They refused and insisted i had to come in person or pay by cash app. Luckily the Tow truck driver offered to pay in person with his credit card and i reimbursed him. So i wouldn't recommend this company because of hidden charges and not being upfront

I submitted them with a photo via email of the light that initially came up on my dash Sep 5th. I kept calling the company for an update regarding my vehicle. After two weeks of little to no information a friend went to the location on Sept 18, 2025 to inquire about the vehicle status. It wasn't until then Sept 18th, approximately 2hrs later, that Kyler contacted me via phone and provided me with his/their "diagnosis." Ironically, it was exactly as what I informed them of via email. So my car has been sitting and unattended, and undiagnosed for 2 weeks. Meanwhile I could have someone a little more honest and transparent. Costing hundreds of dollars in Uber/Lyft bills. Today, I had it towed somewhere else. I noted on my receipt that I did not agree with the fees as they hadn't done anything. The guy at the counter says to me, make sure you send your car somewhere where they work on range rovers. No sh** , you guys didn't, but you never let me know that you couldn't. Instead you let my car sit for weeks. No communication, unprofessional, unreliable, and unpredictable. I wouldn't trust them!
