After waiting for about 10 minutes a guy came out and took pictures of the damage on my truck and told me he would email me an invoice for the price. A few days went by and I hadn't heard anything back. So I called to check in to see if I had given him the wrong email address. He said he was still working on it. Now three weeks has gone by and still no response back. I guess these people dont want to make any money. It's not everyday somebody comes in wanting a paintjob and has a budget of $8500 dollars and is paying in cash. Oh well. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Michael assessed my car on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, he stated that it would take 3-7 days to repair my car. After the third day I received a text message stating the completion date is now March 7-14. I reached out to the shop to speak to Micheal and was told he would get back with me asap. After several days of no response, I called again and this time I spoke to him, and he stated "I was just about to call" which is how our conversations started when I called him each and time inquiring about the progress of my car. He then informed me that the part was on back order after my car had been there for a week. Throughout this entire process I did not receive any verbal updates, just text messages. I had to call and inquire about the progress of my car. Michael reached out to me several times regarding payment from the insurance company, multiple times throughout the day. They had my car for 29 days, February 19- March 20, 2025. Once I retrieved my car, it had a really bad smell and there was mud and dirt inside the car. Usually when someone is working on your car, plastic or paper is placed on the floor to prevent dirt and debris from getting on the floor and on the seats. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop.

I called the police and within a few minutes Crowder's wrecker arrived. They offered us a very reasonable towing fee and took us to their shop. The owner drove to Lagrange to find the parts needed. They provided us with a comfortable air conditioned office to wait in with a nice bathroom. The staff just could not have been any nicer.! One of them even invited us to watch him feed the fish, in the pond- so thoughtful!!!Within several hours, we were safely on our way. They help turn a frightening road accident into a fun vacation.
