I started this review with 3 stars. The work done appears to be great. There were issues; which I pointed out. Was going to have them repair some old damage they found; but the 'refused' to do the work due to my review. I dropped the review from 3 stars to two Stars. Received a request in this forum, from the management, to send them my contact information so they can discuss what went wrong. I expected a call, text, or email after I sent my contact information. Never received anything. I dropped the 2 starts to one star. Empty response to hopefully repair Relations with this customer. read more

My vehicle was rear-end with some damage to the bumper and the sensors were not working properly. While searching for a local body shop, I read several shops reviews and decided on Caliber Collison in Newnan to repair my car. Michael assessed my car on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, he stated that it would take 3-7 days to repair my car. After the third day I received a text message stating the completion date is now March 7-14. I reached out to the shop to speak to Micheal and was told he would get back with me asap. After several days of no response, I called again and this time I spoke to him, and he stated "I was just about to call" which is how our conversations started when I called him each and time inquiring about the progress of my car. He then informed me that the part was on back order after my car had been there for a week. Throughout this entire process I did not receive any verbal updates, just text messages. I had to call and inquire about the progress of my car. Michael reached out to me several times regarding payment from the insurance company, multiple times throughout the day. They had my car for 29 days, February 19- March 20, 2025. Once I retrieved my car, it had a really bad smell and there was mud and dirt inside the car. Usually when someone is working on your car, plastic or paper is placed on the floor to prevent dirt and debris from getting on the floor and on the seats. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. read more

Caliber did a fantastic job repairing my wife's 2022 Ford Edge ST and a relative's 2018 Ford Escape Platinum that I honestly thought was going to be totaled. Both cars turned out perfectly. And there hasn't been anything weird going on with the Escape, such as leaks, vibrations, or odd tire wear despite the amount of damage that car had. This is a very solid operation. read more

We brought my wife's car in after being hit. The girls working the front desk did a great job of communicating and taking care of us. Unfortunately, after picking the vehicle up we noticed it was missing some badging that was on it originally, a reflector had fallen out of the bumper, and another trim piece still needed replacing. We've been calling now for over two months trying to get the vehicle completed and get the same runaround from Eddie every time we call. Like I said, front desk staff has been great, we're just really disappointed with the finished product and the lack of service in getting our car fixed as it should've been months ago. read more

I hit a deer, needed my front end repaired. I went in and met with Trevor, he evaluated the car sent estimate to my insurance and we set up a time to get repairs started. I received daily updates on progress of the repairs and expected completion date. Caliber Collision warranties their work, but the customer service here in Newnan was the absolute best! read more

The GM was very rude and snarky when we complained about the poorly done paint job. We even got his remarks on recording! We would never bring a vehicle here again! He lied about painting "thousands" of cars our very unique color. Very odd, since it is a limited edition color. Refused to fix it. I'd like to be fair and give an update to my original review of Caliber Collision. Shortly after posting, I was contacted by a man named Kelly from Caliber who asked me what happened. After discussing the situation We scheduled to have him take a closer look at my car so he could see what the problem was coming from. Kelly and another man (I don't remember his name, but he had a cute, friendly smile) quickly figured out why my trunk was leaking and why the bumper was crooked and then actually showed me and explained what the next steps were to correct it all. (On a side note, the problem was coming from BOTH prior damage and Calibers' guys not doing the best job possible the FIRST time, so I will claim half that responsibility.) In the end, even though some of my things got damaged and this whole situation has been so frustrating , Kelly did take the time to reach out and set in motion what Caliber finally provided me with And what they pride themselves for in the first place which is exceptional customer satisfaction. Thank you Kelly (and other guy!) for taking that extra step to uphold Calibers' reputation by following up and correcting the issues. My bumper is now in a better position, the rainwater is no longer leaking into my trunk that I can see and I no longer feel undervalued or taken advantage of as customer. read more

I had got into an accident on a Monday. I brought my car into Caliber Collision on a Wednesday because it was still drivable. I picked up a rental from Enterprise at Caliber Collision, an Enterprise rep. was waiting for me. Brittney was my contact at Caliber. She kept me informed along the whole way via text messages. Caliber told me it would take 9 days, which included the weekend, they finished 2 day early. I picked up my car on Tuesday the following week. My car looked like brand new! Very professional, great customer service and I received my car 2 days earlier than promised. I drove my rental back to Caliber and left it there when I picked up my car. read more

Totally disorganized in every way. No one talks to anyone else or records notes in a common system for future reference (apparently, since no one seems to know about any prior contacts). Told that the part required to repair my vehicle was on "national backorder". One call from me to the local dealer and 5 minutes on the phone had the part one its way to Newnan. There is never any follow up phone calls from these birds. Exhaust all other options before considering any of the Caliber locations. They are all similarly disorganized. read more

I have been bringing vehicles to this location since they were Abra. Today, I called to bring another vehicle and was turned away. Apparently they do not work with Progressive. My daughter's car was rear-ended and that is who the other person has for insurance. Progressive then offered for me to take the vehicle in, have Caliber do the assessment, and then Progressive would write me a check for the balance of whatever Caliber deemed necessary. Trevor seems to think that is a loophole in their "No Progressive" policy and refused my business. That's fine. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to Caliber or refer ANYONE to this business in Newnan. If you are in need of a body shop, Southtowne Collision Center is more than happy to accommodate you. read more
