They came right away and agreed that the lug nut s were the issue. He towed our vehicle to a local garage to have it worked on at 3 AM. He gave me a very low price to tow the vehicle so I gave him a little extra money. When he dropped the car off he even sent me a picture of the car sitting at the garage and thanked me! He and his son were very professional and extremely friendly. I have only had to have a car towed once before and the guy ripped me off. Strong is a very honest man. I highly recommend them if you ever need roadside assistance or a tow.

However, I feel like I was somwhat taken advantage of because I was a stranded traveler and had to make a quick decision and had no way to search for or get other quotes. Finding out while traveling home that I could have had the work done elsewhere in the same city for $420 less is the reason I decided to write this review. On the other hand, Terry was great, had my truck ready when he said it would be. Hopefully, you won't be in the same position as I was and can make a more informed decision.

Our vehicle was towed to Earls Quality Car Care on New Years Eve on Friday evening. Nothing was going to be open until the following Monday. I contacted Earls first thing Monday and was told by Joel they would do everything possible to get us back on the road that day. Not only did he make the prompt repairs needed but he also contacted my repair shop in Michigan that replaced my front brakes a few weeks ago. The part they used was defective and he was able to get this covered under warranty. This is a great example of awesome customer service and an honest repair of my vehicle. They could have easily just done the repair and not be bothered with following up with the shop in Michigan. This is way above what many business would do and what it means by Southern hospitality. Joel made sure I was contacted through out the process and was able to get us back on the road as promised. Thank you Joel for allowing this retired couple to feel confident in the entire process and be able to enjoy the trip.

They also don't keep any records so when you go back to them after you've asked and paid for them to rotate your tires twice and they didn't do it, causing your new tires to wear out prematurely, they can tell you "not gonna happen." That's exactly what happened to me when I asked them to pay for the replacement tires Since I paid them not to do their job twice and now have to eat the cost of new tires. Shady business practice.
