I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

Great establishment to work with and highly recommend.

***Fraud Alert*** Avoid…read more Avoid this place completely if you can. You have been warned. I had a claim through Geico and this was the shop they sent me to. These folks started scamming me from the moment I arrived. They gave me an extremely low estimate and then charged me 10x more AND on top of that they did not actually perform the services they stated they would. First, when I initially brought my car to them I asked them for an estimate so that I could compare prices. This was for a broken passenger window. After the guy took pictures he said he couldn't give me an initial estimate but he will send the pics to Geico and then I'll get an estimate. He encouraged me to leave my car but I was uncomfortable doing that without knowing how much I would have to pay. Good. I took my car home and waited for the estimate. Next, the estimate comes and it is like $300 to replace window. Fine sounds reasonable. I accepted and then scheduled drop off. At drop off it was explained that estimate may change once they fully open things up etc. Understandable. I then told the mechanic to let me know if the estimate changes and to call me for me to approve. Next, a few hours later I get the new estimate and it's $2500!!!! Damn near 10x the original estimate. I immediately called them and said I don't want any of those additional services including the paint job they added and some other stuff. I asked them to stop everything and I will come pick up my car. So then the manger tells me they have already started and the door is all apart and buffing has started. Huh? First off, the estimated time of completion was a month and at the shop I was told they was sooo backed up and wasn't sure when they could start. But now yall have already started. I called BS and told them I would take it as is. They said the car is not in driving condition so they can't release it and it's after closing anyways. I'm pissed at this point but I'm also traveling for work. So after going back and forth with them over this I essentially had no other choice but to pay 1000 deductible for this repair. But that's not the end of it. After all that, when I finally get back in town after I had someone else pick up the car I go to inspect the vehicle and the scratches on the door is still visible so they didn't buff or paint that and when I go to close the door all I hear is shattered glass still in the inside the door like they never opened it up and removed the shattered glass from inside the door. Ridiculous and unprofessional liars. Do not use this shop and tell GEICO to not send your car there!!

In less than 6 months the entire part fell off my car. When I went to have the repair redone , Craig tried to accuse me of pulling the part off manually. it took 6 weeks for them to complete the order for my part and I was told AFTER the work was complete that the repair wasn't under warranty and I was expected to pay full price even though their policy states all repairs are under warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was told the owner would contact me the next day to follow up and answer my questions, now there's an excuse and straight up nasty attitude and poor customer service when I call to follow up and i STILL haven't heard from the owner over a week later. I would NEVER bring another vehicle here again.

None of this would be an issue if I didn't have to continuously call Tom for updates and feel like I'm getting the runaround. I called on Oct 5th and he told me the main part wasn't in yet but HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL when it does come in. I CALLED on Oct 20th for him to inform me that the main part is in and they have their two best people working on it and to give them a week or so... I CALLED today (Oct 25th) for him to say they have to take out the motor and only ONE PERSON (NO WAY THIS CAN BE TRUE) does that so that is the holdup and to be patient ... okay so the car has been there for 7 weeks and NOBODY thought to take out the motor or have the ONE PERSON who does that work to be on standby for when the part does come. Every time I deal with this collision dept, I REGRET IT. How were the two best people working on the car if the ONE GUY hasn't taken out the motor? How does a "17 day repair" turn into 25+ days with no guarantee.

Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the work or the scratches that were left in the clear coat on my tank on my brand new motorcycle. Instead of telling my BF his gift fell short, I quietly enlisted the help of Uni-Tech. Best decision ever! Jose quoted a nominal and fair price to remove the badges, cut & buff the tank to remove the scratches and reinstall the badges. They were complete in the promised amount of time (1 day) and my tank looks brand new again! Although they claim not to work on motorcycles anymore they took on my little project and got my scooter right! This will be my first stop for any paint work that I need on my bikes and vehicles from this point forward!! The staff (from the front desk to the gents in the shop) were kind and and took my concerns seriously and addressed those concerns and questions thoroughly.
