Everything went great. 4 weeks ago i had Lowe's come out to my house to look at a pair of exterior sliding doors. The Lowes rep showed up on Monday, took the dimensions and said he would e mail a quote. 2 weeks went by and i called the Lowe's rep and asked about the quote. He said he gad it on his desk and would get it over to me this week. 2 weeks later, still no quote. Called him again on my cell, went to voice mail, let a message, no response. i gave up, called the competition, got a price and ordered the sliding doors. If Lowe's wasn't interested or couldn't do it, fine just say so. Ghosting me is VERY unprofessional.

The customer looked at me with disbelief and walked off. Then my turn was next. I had just purchased an item days earlier that was hundreds of dollars and didn't work right out of the box. I had my receipt with me. He would not exchange it or refund me. He said they had to ship my brand new item out for repair. I don't think I have ever seen such a rude and angry person allowed to deal with the public anywhere. I thought he was joking at first it was so bad.

Called Lonnie's to see if they could replace the hydraulic lines on my small Front End Loader…read moretractor. They said bring it in and we can get to it this week. Brought it in around 7 a.m. on Tuesday when they opened and by 1 p.m. the same day, they called and stated the tractor was all done and ready for pick-up. Unbelievable nowadays! I thought I'd have the machine sitting there for days/weeks while they 'looked' for the parts they needed but not so at all - they had everything right there in their shop and finished the job the same day! The tractor actually operates much, much better after these professionals did their magic. Very impressed and will always recommend them and will definitely use them again for any similar work.
