I recently stopped into Bathfitter to get more information and to look at examples of their products. Carolyn helped me and was friendly and informative. She made an appointment for us to meet with Brandon Gaskins at our home. Brandon met with us soon after to show us samples , provide more information and answer our questions. It was a very pleasant meeting and we soon decided to go ahead with the project. Shortly thereafter, Adam Gundlach arrived (on time) to remove our old fiberglass tub/shower and install a white shower with black fixtures that we had chosen. He was friendly, professional and very hard working. He made us very comfortable with the process. At the end of the day, he cleaned up everything and we were able to see the nice job he had done. We now have a very nice shower and were thrilled at the whole process from start to finish. The employees were all amazing. Our house is only 4.5 years old, yet the bathtub cracked and collapsed because the builder put no support between the tub and the house slab (which I found out is common) so we decided to get rid of the tub altogether and put in just a shower. After different consults with bathers, we chose Bath Fitter. Their representative was Michael Bonin. He's been doing the remodeling to our guest bathroom. Turned a bath/shower into one long shower. Michael did such tremendous work. He was very careful during the remodel. The transformation is unbelievable. Such a great worker. (Don't use Jacuzzi Bath. Bath Fitter completed a tub to shower conversion for us. Brandon was our consultant and he did an excellent job of explaining the process and helping us make choices that work for us. He was courteous and professional. Steven Forton was our installer and his work was excellent. He arrived on time and let us know what to expect. Steven was friendly and professional. He protected our flooring, did and excellent job in a timely manner, and cleaned everything up. Our house was left clean, the shower was perfect, and all garbage was removed. The tub to shower project turned out great. The two workers, Stephen and his helper were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They started at the appointment time and worked through lunch time in order to complete the conversion. We were extremely satisfied with their work. The design of the shower greatly enhances the ease of showering and promises greater safety. We had a tub overlay done and during the install several tiles were broken. It took management too long to get in touch about the repair of the tile. The tiles were broken because the install tech had to remove the new tub countless times because the tub came back with incorrect measurements. We like the new tub and the technicians were great. The person that replaced the tile, Steven Forton did an excellent job replacing the tiles, very professional. Working with management was the problem, too slow to get in touch after the report of the broken tiles. read more

I was so pleased from the first day Jay Magee came to estimate and let me pick our the details. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. He drove all the way from Tallahassee to Dothan. I was still a little nervous after picking everything. But when Abner showed up (alone!) to do the install, I couldn't believe it. These people have this down to a science.
