The person that came out to do the final measurements was very nice and professional. The crew that came out to install our granite were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave until they got our approval of the job being well done. He has a fancy website and design programs, etc. etc. WOW, what a mistake that was. Subcontractors were used by the owner Paul McManus and he was unaware of their (or his ) sub-par work----he never admitted to us who performed the shoddy work he just apologized. Workmanship is poor and even simple cleanup up didn't exist- spots of grout are stuck all over, haze not wiped off, corners were not cleaned and are full of grout. I guess that my job is to finish his job sorry to say . Project design plans were not followed even though Paul generated them on his fancy computer program and I approved them ( the accent tile was hung improperly-Oops- I happened to catch this via a picture he sent and it was corrected by being removed and redone). We had to continually hunt down and follow up with Paul---- he was out of town ALOT during this bathroom project, usually following receipt of another chunk of our cash -- what should have been done in a matter of weeks rolled into many many months and we're still not happy but what's done is done live and learn.... BUT be forewarned! Every time we look at the misaligned glass block grout lines which stand out so distinctly we will cringe and remember him. Huge huge mistake and a total disappointment.

We went in for the first time a few weeks ago to get some new pillows and sheets and it looked a little worn with a lot less merchandise on the shelves. This store has always been a tight fit on the aisles with little room to turn around and it is still that way but there are some empty spaces on the shelves now. They have curbside pickup if you know what you want and don't want to go in. If you want to shop and compare items it may not be as enjoyable as it used to be.

This was an overall positive experience. First step was to contact Bath Fitter and select the…read morestyle and shower head. They don't come out right away but that wasn't a problem for us to wait for a schedule opening. They called to set up a date and arrived early. Yea! This process takes longer that you expect, about 8 hours, but it's completely worth it. The installers are professional and friendly, letting me pester them with questions and take photos while the tear down and installation was in process. You cam't use the shower for 24 hours while everything sets/gels and we actually waited a bit longer. The only issue was the new temperature handle didn't provide hot water. We called the saleman to fuss about the lack of hot water and the installer arrived in good time to repair it. Turns out the heating element or whatever the temp controller is was defective. Once this was replaced it worked well. My only compliant is the new shower head aren't as strong as the old one but they make the low flow sort these days. That has nothing to do with Bath fitter but I would recommend you hang on to your old shower head for a stronger spray. It's a beautiful shower stall and we are pleased.

I love to pick up bread from restaurants we frequent and these make great oils for dipping.We went with a fig basalmic and a store fave.the peach basalmic.Chris used a heat gun to seal our bottles and wrapped our bottles so they would have a safe transport since we were traveling 700 + miles home .I really appreciate the extra details . We walked around and found several other cool things that needed for the home including silicon bowl toppers and steel measuring cups for my mom. She wanted some and was happy to find them there.
