We found the quality of their products and variety was leaps and bounds above the Big Box home improvement stores and the prices were substantially lower than any where else we found. Great service/ great pricing / great experience! Thanks to their great prices we were able to do almost twice as much new flooring as we originally planned !

As an organization that has strict guidelines on capital purchases, SemBro Designs met all of our required needs. Alex and Liliya were on point and thorough. She was very customer service focused and made sure we understood the project from beginning to end. Our installer Richard and his crew worked hard and long hours to make sure deadlines were met. So he kept turning it from side to side to wash away soap, tooth paste, etc. Over time, he basically "unscrewed" the faucet. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench. My wife and I were renovating our master bathroom, and we had been through hundreds upon hundreds of pre-made vanities online of all price levels. We just couldn't seem to decide on anything. We also went to Lowes and sat down with the bathroom design guy there, but we were frustrated with the lack of available options. Lowes literally only has 5 cabinet options to chose from. When we walked into Discount Granite, Mark sat down and talked us though our cabinet options, and we walked around their warehouse and looked at a bunch of beautiful slabs of granite and marble they have there for you to see and touch. It was a completely different experience than going to Lowes or fooling around online, and Mark's expertise and suggestions were invaluable along the way. Now we have a beautiful, modern, custom designed vanity cabinet with a perfectly cut black granite custom countertop, and it actually cost less than some of the pre-made stuff my wife was looking at online. If you are fooling around online looking at vanities or kitchen cabinets you should check this place out, they will save you time and help you decide!

Between Bath Tune Up and their subcontractors, I had 5 different contacts I worked with and scheduled separate appointments with- each of whom told me different things. None of them seemed aware of discussions that I'd already had with the others. Multiple times they either didn't show up for appointments or canceled last minute (especially frustrating when I had taken time off work to be home for the appointment). To their credit, early in the process they identified a leak in the side of our house that we needed to fix immediately. Bath Tune Up paused their work and was very patient while I got the leak fixed. After 10 days I notified them that the leak was fixed and the bathroom work could continue. It took them 9 weeks after that to finish the work. Also to their credit, multiple times when I complained about the quality of the work they did send someone out to see and then later come out to fix the work. However- this required a ton of time and management from me. I'd rather they did it right the first time.
