Corey, Caleb and Greg showed up and turned to on removing the locust and another maple next to it. Took 'em about six hours all told. They got the trees down to trunk stumps very quickly without much effect on the business next door. Very respectful and courteous crew, as they always have been when C&S has done work for us (many trees over the years.) Cleaned up all the detritus, swept up the driveway and the business parking lot, left us some burning timber for the fireplace and a huge pile of ground up stump at our request. We have always been satisfied and amazed at the ability of the C&S crews to get thru the day with minimal interference in our lives and no damage to themselves or any adjacent property. Someone's said it's like choreography. We agree. A five star outfit with five star crews.

They arrived with a large crew and had both our front and back yard completely cleaned up and ready for spring in just a few hours. What really stood out was their professionalism and efficiency--they were able to come out within a day of our request, which was incredibly helpful. They also brought strong knowledge of tree care and gave us helpful guidance on how to support our struggling dogwood. Everything was completed thoroughly, and they left the property spotless. I highly recommend Dukes Family Forestry for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality outdoor work.

I had to text and ask if someone is coming. Completely unreliable. Then at the end couldn't do the job because of the cedar shakes. Blah, blah, blah! You know what they say about excuses. Steven the owner of S and S Property Maintenance and his crew did a good job of felling a maple…read moretree in my backyard that I was concerned about. Which they did while it was raining which was pretty impressive. Just as impressive as taking my rake, using said rake, not returning the rake, having it on camera, and two weeks out trying to get said rake back or just financial compensation for it with no results to show. Actions tend to speak louder than words or text messages from Matthew in this case. They also left some pretty deep ruts in my yard from the skid steer loader they were using and communication between Grabill and his crew is lacking. They started cutting up the main trunk when it was not needed as I was going to cut and haul the wood away for my Grandparents since they use it for firewood for the winter and made splitting that wood a bigger hassle. I have no issues with contractors using the tools I leave out, but not returning it is very un-professional and two weeks out of not returning it or financially compensating me for it tells me they have no respect for your property or items on your property. So I guess make sure you have everything put up and double, triple-check your property before you pay them. Maybe then you will have a chance of getting it back. EDIT: So not only did you ghost me for overall for a month about the rake and not return it, you also broke the rake and did not inform me at all. Only reason you contacted me and broke the silence was because you were upset about the one star review while preceding to call me low and getting upset I did not take the other option of just paying for it when you offered two options??? Then the day you tried contacting me I was booked through and through with work and left me a nice message the next morning cause you could not even wait a day when you essentially made me wait a month, and I was going to take you up on it till you decided to pull that move. Makes you wonder what he sent to the other one star reviews and they did not bother to let others knows. There is numerous other options in the area, do not make the same mistake I did.
