I sent an email as well. No answer until Monday morning for which I received a response that the email I was given to contact was in fact, incorrect. My husband went to the store to get a refund as no one could tell us where our item was or when it would be delivered and then because he paid Apple Pay, they said the cards didn't match. It was his card. He had to make two round trips to get a refund when he should have been asked to just insert his card he paid with to get a refund. Not only that, nothing was done to rectify the situation. No one ever responded to find out why we didn't receive our delivery until Monday morning someone finally called me after we spent the afternoon Sunday trying to cancel and get a refund. The whole situation was a disaster. It's a shame as we have loved shopping at HomeGoods but after this disaster and a huge waste of our time (between wasting our time waiting for a delivery that never came and no one to get in contact with, to the mistake made at cashwrap where we had to return twice when we should have only had to go in once), I don't think I'll go back. Don't get delivery from this place. Nothing was done to even care about our experience either. Such a waste of my time from start to finish.

I wanted a nice radiant glow which I felt could have been better, but was told afterwards that my skin looked more even. Fine, that's why they got two stars instead of one. What I found odd from the beginning was that no one wanted to consult with me about the chemical peel. Luckily I already knew like I've already mentioned. The manager who was the only one there barely talked to me and even left me alone with the peel on to go back to the front of the store to help someone else! What if I had a bad reaction? She shouldn't have done that and not to mention I had to wait for her while she helped someone else even though I had an appointment. It was as if because I had a groupon I wasn't priority to her. My chemical peel was at most 10minutes long. She cleaned my face, applied the peel and washed it off. No cream afterwards, and no extractions even with her commenting on my problem areas. She couldn't go ahead to do that even if it wasn't apart of the peel? I believe the groupon mentions that you get a hydrating cream after. Too bad I didn't speak up. I've had far better experiences that I shared with friends and family, but this one I would never ever go back to. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY HERE!

She took extreme care in making sure everything was clean, using new brushes and makeup pads for application. After the masks and gels Shirley applied, my tired winter skin was already looking refreshed. I did not think I even needed foundation, but I was glad I proceeded to get it. I've tried a lot of foundations and the Merle Norman foundation is hands down the best and most natural look.
