Dr. Pisarenko's mannerism, honesty, knowledge, and charm is what lead me to book with him. He's extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. With a receipt I was unable to make a return unless I provided a valid government ID in person. The staff, specifically the "District Manager" I spoke with was so rude and disrespectful. I was shocked. I think her name was Tricia however I cannot be sure. I asked her name and she told me if I wanted to know it I could read it on her name tag. Her name tag was on upside down so I could not read it. I think you should be able to do a rerun with a receipt and not need to produce a government ID. I did have an electronic version but that was not acceptable. She read the rules to me on the wall and the rules said that I needed an ID if proof of purchase could not be verified. Overall a reticle experience. I would recommend you walk next door to the Sephora located inside Kohl's. A much better customer service experience.

I wanted a nice radiant glow which I felt could have been better, but was told afterwards that my skin looked more even. Fine, that's why they got two stars instead of one. What I found odd from the beginning was that no one wanted to consult with me about the chemical peel. Luckily I already knew like I've already mentioned. The manager who was the only one there barely talked to me and even left me alone with the peel on to go back to the front of the store to help someone else! What if I had a bad reaction? She shouldn't have done that and not to mention I had to wait for her while she helped someone else even though I had an appointment. It was as if because I had a groupon I wasn't priority to her. My chemical peel was at most 10minutes long. She cleaned my face, applied the peel and washed it off. No cream afterwards, and no extractions even with her commenting on my problem areas. She couldn't go ahead to do that even if it wasn't apart of the peel? I believe the groupon mentions that you get a hydrating cream after. Too bad I didn't speak up. I've had far better experiences that I shared with friends and family, but this one I would never ever go back to. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY HERE!

Hubby wanted me to get a second opinion to compare treatment info and pricing before making the decision to move forward. We went to Studio Esthetique and met with the owner, Vladimir and an RN, Jordan. Both were happy to answer any questions I had and concerns. The facility was very clean. My timing was so good because they were running a 50% off deal for the holidays! The other consult I had gone to was not offering that good of a deal. My husband surprised me and gifted me the cool sculpting treatments at Studio Esthetique. I had a great experience there, I did two sessions which is the recommended amount to start with. Jordan was in charge of me and did a great job making me comfortable and answering any questions during the treatment. We chatted it up and had some laughs! She is lovely! Vladimir made sure to be there my first treatment day to be certain all the applicators were perfectly positioned. There were extra precautions needed because I had an umbilical hernia surgery a few years back. There can be complications if the applicators are not properly positioned around the belly button. The front desk staff were very nice, as well as, accommodating! I mixed up one of my appointment dates and they were super understanding about it. They were still able to see me the same day I missed my appointment time. As for the cool sculpting results, it is still too soon for me to tell how well it is working for me. Two of my friends said they could already see a difference after my first treatment. It can take months to really start seeing an obvious change. Then he had me return for a biopsy of the "thing". I did return, he did the biopsy. (quick and painless due to his dexterity with a little numbing stuff) I left with a patch over my eye (which is legal in ny). I now am a more courageous person, having driven about 15 miles with one eye..... and i thank him for that. All in all, i think This is the best doctor i have ever been to. I had pre ordered the Ariana Grande Perfume and two of the Wicked Makeup Brushes. When I made the order I was informed that there was an item that they didn't have although I was still charged for everything. I ended up getting a refund for part of the order and I was allowed to order it directly to my apartment with no shipping cost. The people who helped me get my items and find a solution to the problem were really kind. The store was also easy to navigate, the prices were fair although expensive and I would have to say that this is my second favorite company to get my makeup and skin care products. I'm grateful to having this store accessible to me although not in walking distance.
