I hate to be the person to leave bad a review, but I truly feel people need to be warned. I'll…read morestart by saying the ladies in the salon were very kind and I was given a refund! But my hair was absolutely butchered in this salon and people need a fair warning. Mariah was my stylist. Again, she was nice, but the manager Kyra had to hold her hand through the entire process. I'm assuming she's new in the industry. Anyways, I came into the salon for a simple balayage refresh. It was suggested that I lighten more of my hair to achieve my desired look. I did say I didn't want to go to my roots, but I ended up following the managers advice and let them lighten then tone more. This picture is what I was left with, even after a second attempt to fix the color. I was left with several different colors in my hair, a lot of it was orange, all of it was choppy and clunky. A ton of mismatched spots. Completely different colors from top to bottom. Like I said, thankfully I was given a refund. But in full transparency to anyone out there, PLEASE go elsewhere to get anything done to your hair- unless it is a different trusted stylist. I had to go to a different salon to fix the mess (Shoutout to Jessica at the Rage Salon. She fixed my hair and was a total lifesaver) but because my hair was bleached and processed so much at Ulta, I can't lighten it for a while. So now I'm set back on my hair plans, which kinda sucks. Anyway, now you've been warned! Don't make my mistake

The ladies there are super sweet and helpful AND they have a computer system that helps them search ingredients for specific allergens that some customers must avoid. I was So appreciative of their sensitivity to my needs and to taking the time to look up the right product for me and be sure it didn't have any Gluten or Soy in it... I'll definitely be back.. thank you Ladies for understanding and thank you Sephora for creating the ability to search ingredients on your computer.. What a time saver!! It sure beats returning something because of a breakout or reaction... Sweet!!!

Even though it's location is nowhere near convenient for us. We might be done here. The reactions we received in the pharmacy department tonight were very disappointing. I had ordered a prescription and had evidence of it on the app on my phone. The attendant looked at me several times as though I were from a different planet. She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

I have to get a lot of prescriptions for my husband and myself for a lot of different reasons and eight times out of 10 we have had nothing but trouble we call make sure it's there. They say that the prescription is ready and we get there and it's not ready. It's not even close to being ready sometimes it's the next day before it's ready. It's not worth coming to this store. I promise you just trust me. You will have problems if you use the store a lot like we do. They say they're open 24 hours a day and they are closed for 30 minutes out of each 12 hours 1:30 to 2 which is fine. Everybody has to have a break but they're understaffed. They have way too many prescriptions coming in and they never have the medicine here that they need. It's just a nightmare. I go to Kinseys Pharmacy been going there for 20 years never ever had even one problem. And they actually notify you at Kinseys and Family First in Flint. We have never had any issues with them, but I'm gonna tell you what Walgreens I can't wait until December I will be changing. Rest assured, I will be reading the reviews on the next Pharmacy before I choose for 2027. Other thing every time I've been here there's been at least one other person in line that goes through what I'm going through and if you talk to people that are in line and ask them if they've had a easy time here 7 times out of 10 you're gonna get (No the same stuff they don't notify you when it's ready and if you called to find out if it's ready, they'll tell you it's ready, but it's not ready). The lines are long inside and outside doesn't matter. Well, I hope you don't have to go through what I've gone through to realize how bad this (Walgreens Pharmacy on Reick Rd. on South Broadway 5415 in Tyler Texas) is.
