I had too go in for a refund for hair. I did speak with the manager before bringing it in letting…read morehim no that it was open. I just took one net off too feel the texture of the hair. When I got the he told me that he couldn't give me a refund I understood. I was putting my hair back in the package he offered to help and I declined . He felt that snatched the product away from him and began to get loud with me. I left the store came back in too ask if I could speak with the others stores manager he got loud with me in front of customers I did let him know that I wanted to know if they had the missing product at the other store. He told me he wasn't going to help me. When I was he the store earlier he was rude to an employee who is black and he told me that he was from other countries and his just blunt. I felt really embarrassed and threaten also stereotype like I was going to get loud and make a sense as they think all black women do this. When indeed it was the worker. I did speak the other stores manager he offered for me to there and he would help me but I did decline. He said that guy is normally quiet.
