I first would like to say that I usually don't have issues with this location but this time was honestly unacceptable. My sister went up to an employee to ask if someone could help us check out and when the worker that she had asked started invading her personal bubble, making her extremely uncomfortable telling her to pick 3 more items because there was a buy 3 get 3 free deal. My sister clearly stated that she just wanted the 3 in her hands for the buy 2 get 1 free deal. He insisted, making my sister so uncomfortable to the point that she was afraid to tell me that she didn't want to buy anymore. She ended up spending about $30 more than she intended to. As she is 14 and had to work very hard for that money she was devastated that she had wasted so much money on things she did not want. This isn't even the worse part! As my sister picked out more items I heard this employee BOASTING about how he is able to get people to pay for more than they want to. This isn't marketing, this is taking advantage of a young child who has problems with confrontation. This was blatant and direct. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

This location was fine, but definitely not the most helpful. The workers struggled to address concerns and did not offer to assist. They seemed to be overly busy gossiping and talking with one another in a corner of the store about coworkers. read more

Best place to get lotion, body spray, soap, candles, etc. They have a huge variety of everything with great scents. The fall scents are my favorite. The employees are always nice and greet you when you walk in and they help you find what you're looking for. read more

ADDENDUM: What a turnaround from a few days prior. I don't know where the manager on duty was but, CLEARLY, this team needs to be coached with customer service. Not even a busy afternoon, so i went back to exchange a candle. Straight-across exchange, no money loss, and actually I intended to get more (low on my wallflowers!). -3 associates behind the cash wrap; one was ringing a customer while the other two talked and 6 people (I counted- I can't help it, Store Management is engrained in me) roamed. No one was welcomed, acknowledged or assisted for awhile. -Finally, I flagged down someone (she seemed to be a stock associate). After the discussion behind the desk, they walked the store without actually engaging with anyone. One question about a candle in stock. Nada on the product knowledge. If you don't know, just say it, don't play it off. You don't know who your customers are (obvi, you didn't engage) and the wrong lie to the wrong customer will make your store lose credibility. Ended up referencing another mgr from a diff state for my answer. She seemed exasperated that I interrupted her replenishment with questions. When another lady also asked a question, she just sighed. If you don't want to help, find an associate and pass-off. Find your manager- in fact, I really hope you weren't the CSL. -Worse part: Kira, the cashier for the afternoon. First of all, honey, learn to smile. Seriously. You are the last impression a customer will have. Did my exchange with no acknowledgement, then literally flung my receipt at me on the counter. Really? Who did your training?? When I asked for a gift receipt, she flat-out lied and told me she couldn't do it. AGAIN, you don't know your customers, and when you LIE like that, its just not good. I could work your registers up and down, in and out without even looking at it. The fact that you lied with such an attitude is completely disappointing that a beautiful White Barn store has this representation. Please, coach these associates or hire people that actually want to be there. This is so not consistent with L Brands, at all. read more

This is your standard issue mall location Bath and Body Works, so much so that I don't really know how to review it. It's got all the same stuff, the same prices and the same teenage staff as everywhere else. I'm getting a bit too old to shop here but I can't help it, I love their Country Apple body butter and their amazing overnight lip balm. They also have a nice selection of pre-made gift baskets if you are in need of a nice gift and don't want to put too much effort into it. read more

The store is well stocked, clean and fun to be in (I love their seasonal decorations on the tables). The staff is awesome! I was created right when I walked into the store. several team members offered to help me find what I was looking for and to offer suggestions. They led me to the area of the product I wanted and handed me a bag to hold my selected items. The manager was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If it wasn't for the cashier, I would've given 0 stars if possible. She was nice and cheerful on a gloomy day. She was very helpful and offered coupons. But I was so turned off, I didn't want to buy more than what I came in for. This was probably my first time here in over a decade. I usually get perfumes from department stores, but didn't feel like spending $100 and stopped in here for a body spray instead. I walked in and no workers were around. I tested some sprays and then some other customers came in and immediately some blonde came and greeted them. And completely ignored me. I continued to shop on my own and found a spray I liked. I went to try and find it on my own and that ugly woman saw me and turned around to avoid me! Wow! I don't know if she was racist but that reminded me that I was in Utah again. If you only like white people please do the world a favor and lock yourself up at home. And do not work in retail. I asked her where the spray was she pointed it out. When the nice girl at the register asked me if anyone helped, I told her no. And I could tell she was disappointed, but she was very sweet. If a manager is reading this, please retrain or fire this blonde older woman who worked on Sunday, Oct 8 about 1-2pm. I haven't felt that way in a very long time.
