I accidentally dropped my mist no one offered to assist or ask could they give a bag. As I was leaving Kali and the other young lady still didn't say anything, but told the other guest( not ethnic) have a great day. Bath and Body works policy is that they will exchange anything if you change your mind on smell. I had ONE wallflower to exchange that was practically full and the associate was refusing exchange it because there was no tag. NEVER have I had a problem exchanging anything! How would i jave the tag on a wallflower that I plugged in for two days? I NEVER save the tag. I asked her how people return the wallflower plug in that stop working because after you open them the tag is gone. She said you don't need the tag. I said exactly. The manager followed the policy, however the first associate was rude and refused to answer me even though I was being quite calm. read more

Right across from another similar store I found the placing of this interesting. Maybe they don't compete, but I think they compete head on. This is a smaller store though and has a lot of easy to see and find merchandise. I found it to be easy to navigate and the employees pleasant. I knew exactly what I was looking for so did not spend a lot of time here. Easy pleasant staff. ** I assume all chains will be 3 stars - "they are fine, A-OK", unless there is some egregious issue on the negative (terrible organization, messy, dangerous etc.), or they are so super fantastic that even for a chain they deserve 4 stars - "Im a fan". If I deviate from the 3 stars, I'll outline why in the review. They are all 3 stars because in order the become a large chain they are clearly doing something right, so A-OK. read more

I honestly will almost never buy candles from anywhere else because I think bath and body works has the best ones. If you need some nice scents for Fall and Winter, get yourself a 3-wick candle in the scent "Leaves" and some body wash in the scent "Snowflakes and Cashmere" and you'll be good to go for the next few months. Also, every time I'm ever in any bath and body works, the staff are always really friendly and helpful.
