I had taken them to the store and was told that they would only give me $20.00 for a pair of shoes I paid $64.00 for because I was too late past the deadline. However the Manager took her time in making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and allowed me to bring the shoes back and exchange for a pair of shoes that I could wear. I had been ill and was out of commission for several months so I couldn't deal with the issue then Again thank you so much for all your help and I will definitely continue to Shop at this JC Penny Store and refer friends and relatives to do the same.
