This Bath & Body Works location is always a pleasant stop when I'm at Memorial City Mall. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff members are consistently friendly and helpful. They're great about answering questions or helping you find something specific. They carry a wide range of products for both men and women--body sprays, lotions, shower gels, candles, hand soaps, and more. I personally like the body sprays with glitter; they're fun and add a nice shimmer. That said, I do wish the fragrances were a little more subtle or varied sometimes--they can be a bit overwhelming. Still, they usually have great sales going on, so it's easy to stock up or grab gifts. Definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of scented everything. read more

Lovely remodel! I always get terrific service at B&BW, the selection is overwhelming because there's so many delightful things to choose from and they always have specials on their products. I can't name a favorite because there are too many, but I've probably sniffed all of them! One request: please lower the overhead volume of the music. Placed an online order at Bath & Body Works in the Town & Country area to pick up. Got a text that order was ready for pick up but a couple of items were no longer available. Drove up, parked and then waited in the long line with the regular customers to pick up my order that I had already paid for. There must be a better way to do this. There were several employees standing at the door greeting customers and a few employees just talking. Could someone not work the pick up counter. Love this place better the service needs to get better. read more

Their customer service is amazing and even they are busy they still find time to catch you up on their latest specials to make sure you optimize your purchase. Superb Customer Service. I went to the BBW store in the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee, FL to hopefully find a great birthday gift for my mother in law. So many thanks to Lisa, Stephanie and Grace for making that task awesome. I wanted to smell the elegant and pretty scents and that's exactly what I received. My items were wrapped then carefilly shrink wrapped for shipping. I was able to get my gift shipped and will be delivered Tuesday. Thank you ladies. I went here to pick up some Mother's Day gift cards and the service was good. There was a short line but I was able to check out quickly. The cashier was so helpful and sweet. This used to be my favorite BABW in Houston. I'm hoping my experience on Saturday was a fluke. I talked to 2 employees during my visit, and had bad customer service from both. Which is particularly disappointing, since part of my conversation with the second employee was expressing disappointment in my interaction with the first employee. I recently went to bath and body works at my nearest mall, I bought a big bottle of the Warm Vanilla Sugar body fragrance mist. After minutes of purchasing I used it and the moment I started spraying it the sprayer on the bottle broke. Not to mention the customer service was extremely unacceptable and very rude. When you walk into the store the fragrance hits your nose. I came in for candles. They have the best high fragranced candles. The service in the store is always great. If you need a great gift item this the place to go. They have candles, shower gels, hand sanitizers and hand washes among many other items. Download a coupon before you go they are usually online. I have always loved Bath and Body Works and typically order from them every other month. The candles are wonderful and I really love their wallflowers too. I recently got a damaged order and not only did B&BW respond quickly but are sending me a replacement order of the damaged products. I'm always dropping by this place to see what deals they have going on. I ususally stock up on their anti-bacterial hand soap & home fragrances. The store is kept clean & stocked to the gills.
