I would not recommend this individual store. It does not live up to the companies values and…read moreservice. I called to make an appointment with the beautician. I wanted a time frame later on in the week, it was not a walk in. They did not know when there would be one available. I was given a lot of excuses. Their solution was to come in and buy their products. On a different occasion I was looking for a particular product and they didn't know if there store even carried it. Aïe Aïe Aïe!!!

She was also VERY rough the entire time, even if I mentioned it to her here and there and I felt a bit uncomfortable because the procedure takes a few hours and she was not very talkative at all. After everything, my hair turned out very badly and the top layers of my hair did not even take to the perm/curl. This means only the bottom layers of my hair are curled and the top layers are legitimately just straight/slightly wavy. I'm skeptical that this happened because my hairdresser started rushing towards the end of things. Only giving 3 stars because when I later asked if they could do anything for me, the kind woman at the front was very understanding and helpful. In the end, she was able to refund me some of the cost from getting a crappy perm.

When I got home I followed her instructions. The color didn't mix and was watered down, needless to say I got NO color from it. I took the purchases back to Sally's. The staff there refused to refund me for anything and rudely told me "there are instructions on the package", apparently disregarding the fact that it was THEIR salesperson who instructed me when I bought them. I bought Sally products in Billings all the time: they would never treat a customer so rudely. I will never go back to any Sally store.

I've been shopping at the JC Penney in Great Falls for over 10 years. Even thought it's a small…read morestore, I can usually find good deals. I often order items online to pick up there. The service is usually good but sometimes it's particularly great like it has been the last few times I've visited the jewelry counter. The lady there was so very helpful and friendly. I purchased a ring and the life time warranty. She informed that I could call the warranty line and talk to them about getting my ring resized from Canada. I didn't know that was possible even though I'd bought jewelry there before. I had several JCP rewards to use and for some reason they weren't showing up in the system when it came time to purchase the ring. However, this sales associate was able to work some magic and find them. She was fantastic! The service you get here is always great which is the norm in Great Falls. You won't find that at most other places so it's a treat shopping here.
