I highly recommend coming to this store as your last stop on whatever shopping adventure you're on - it's delightful, peaceful and relaxing. A friendly "Bon Jour!" greeted me when I walked in. As I proceeded to look around at the lovely presented gift options and products I was helped to find the best option by the staff. I decided on a three-pack of the lavender hand lotion and I fully intend on keeping one. Bah Humbug? There are ample amounts of soaps, lotions and all around good body care in the store but all of the scents are subtle and sophisticated. I didn't feel like I was bombarded with an overload of different smells. They gift wrapped my purchase beautifully (and freely!) and even went the extra mile to spray the tissue paper with a lavender scent. I already have a wonderful relationship with my mom in-love but if I didn't, this gift would sure help.

I entered the store & saw it sitting right there on the front table like it was fate. I had my 25% coupon with me & I was saving it for this purchase. The girl went to ring me up & I was so excited when I left the store. I didn't realize that she didn't apply the 25% off & remember I just told her I had the coupon. She didn't physically take it from me, she rang it up on her side. That's what I thought anyways. I didn't get the discount & the girl conveniently doesn't remember. Mind you there were just 2 castles in the store. How could she forget my 25% off coupon?

They now carry shampoo, makeup, hair color, and other drug store type products in a section near the bathrooms. And I believe you can use the BB&B coupons on those items, but i'm not 100% sure. The store is clean, but always crowded on the weekends. The check out lanes can get a little backed up, but they go decently fast. They even have a wrapping station now for customer use. I think it's a little odd they have you do it yourself (imagine someone who doesn't gift wrap trying to wrap something on a table in front of everyone), but if it's not busy I guess it's ok. I am a seasoned gift wrapper and I felt incredibly rushed when people started lining up behind me. A worker at that station would have been very helpful. Overall, great store and some of the pricier items are easier to handle with those amazing coupons they offer!

I understand they are going through financial turmoil at the moment, and maybe this store is a reflection of it at the moment. I hope it hasn't always been this way, and I also hope it gets the lipstick it needs. The store was dated, the selections were minimal, and a lot of the floor just sat empty or cordoned off. They didn't have any back stock and the sizes and inventory on the floor were very limited. The positive I found was the fragrance department.
