They then told me they didn't know how to process a no-receipt purchase for store credit, and I had to wait two hours for the manager to arrive. I live 15 miles away and had to waste time until he got there. When he did, Nathan the manager, I was met with hostility and told that there was nothing that could be done. Not even store credit. I then went to my car and called Walgreens customer service, and by the end of the call, I received a store credit for the purchase.

I ordered "cards" with envelopes through the photo dept. they were nothing more than 4x6 photos…read morewith envelopes. I could have purchased the photos for $3.90 and envelopes for $1.99...instead I paid $16 because it said "cards". This was not card stock and the photos were very thin...not even a quality photo. To me a card opens up so you can write on the inside. Not this...just a regular 4x6 photo. I was ripped off!
