Then...nothing. Over the past month, I reached out multiple times just to get an update on when my items would ship. Instead of proactive communication, I had to keep following up myself. When I finally did get responses, they were delayed and filled with excuses. At that point, I requested a full refund. Time will tell if that process is handled any better. This experience also made me question the influencer who heavily promoted the brand while openly stating she earns a commission from sales. Save yourself the frustration and shop locally or with a retailer that actually communicates and delivers what they promise.

I went up to the The lady working the desk( curly brown hair) she did not even great me and stared at me blankly she was EXTREMELY rude and snarky when I asked about the discount. She was very bitter and said people only come in once a year to get their discount and never comeback so they reduced the discount- person needs to be present and show a valid ID. I responded that's fine my birthday was last week and she seemed annoyed by me saying this. I was still going to purchase the item and possibly some sunglasses. But she acted like it was a chore to look up the price. I told her never mind. I didn't want to give my money to a business that does not care about politeness or customer service. Its the holidays after All, wouldn't had hurt her to be a little kind and smile. Will never be returning and advise no one else to if they are looking for a welcoming shopping experience.
