I really wanted to love Amber Marie, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. After placing my order, the only communication I received was a "Thank you for your order" email. Then...nothing. Over the past month, I reached out multiple times just to get an update on when my items would ship. Instead of proactive communication, I had to keep following up myself. When I finally did get responses, they were delayed and filled with excuses. At that point, I requested a full refund. Time will tell if that process is handled any better. This experience also made me question the influencer who heavily promoted the brand while openly stating she earns a commission from sales. Save yourself the frustration and shop locally or with a retailer that actually communicates and delivers what they promise. read more

I wanted to like this company, as I do like some of the designers they feature. The company itself leaves a lot to be desired and many of their designers can be purchased elsewhere. So, there is a high mark for selection, but the faulty customer service will be the reason I won't purchase from this website again. I don't need to go into the horror story, wrong item shipped, over a month to get a response, and then rudeness. Really put a bad vibe into our Christmas decorating. I'm stuck with an item I can't use, that cost me over $200. Plus, I was lied to by the customer service rep. When I pointed that out, in a diplomatic manner, things took a turn for the worse. All I can say...they need to clean house and bring in more relatable, kind and less rude customer service people. read more

Love the store trouble customer service trying to get my rewards for purchase in the store just got the worst customer service ever

Terrible customer service and out of stocks. Sent an email on a Sunday saying an item was back in stock. Tried to immediately order. Still said item was out of stock. Sent an email asking why I couldn't order. Monday afternoon received an auto email saying, "Unfortunately the restock sold out." ! No apology, sorry for the inconvenience or anything. These were $347.00 lanterns!!! Found something very similar on Amazon for $69.99!!! Will never try to order from this company again!! Very disappointed!! read more

I went here for a last minute hoco sign. I was hoping to get a Jellycat because I haven't been able to get them anywhere. They had a great selection and from the second that I entered the door a nice lady helped me and went through a ton of options with me. Regardless of the fact that I went in 10 minutes before close, every single employee in there was amazing. Upon checking out all of the ladies at the front were giving me advice for the sign and overall making the experience amazing. I got to say that these are some of the nicest ladies I've ever met! I ordered three candles from Amber Marie. When I received them, two of them were fine, but the third one--the flicking wick--was bent. I called Amber Marie to tell them, and I was told that because they were sent by UPS, I would have to deal with UPS and not them. I will not be ordering online from them again. I went in to return a gift given to me for my birthday in mid July. The woman who assisted me was dismissive, impatient, and rude. I was recently given a jewelry gift by my daughter from your store. She purchased the Christmas gift early and by the time she gave it to me (I live out of town) it was past your unacceptable 10 day customer return window. The gift needed to be returned and could have easily been exchanged or my daughter could have been given store credit. Your clerk would do neither and didn't even look at her receipt! 10 days is just not an acceptable window for good customer service! There are so many scenarios where 10 days is just not enough time if something doesn't work out. I have never seen a store with less than 30 day return policy and most stores have 90 days. Sorry Amber and Marie, you have lost a few more customers over this as we have shared this shameful customer support story with friends. Don't treat your customers like they are your enemies. You need to value good customers with respect as well as change your return policy! read more

They don't take back holiday items nor do they tell you that. They put "little pieces of paper" around that tell you. They tuck them away where they're not visible. Bad customer service! Won't be back nor will I speak positively of them. This wasn't a sale item. They didn't even let me exchange it. read more

Great store. The major down fall is they stay open only until 6pm everyday even on Saturdays. Which makes it hard for people who work until 5 or later (which is the majority of the population) to ever get a chance to go shop there. read more

So I thought I'd give this place a chance to do some local Christmas shopping. Ugh! It's sensory overload in there with too much stuff crammed in there! Hard to even comprehend what they have. Also, they have a no-return policy on their Christmas items, over heard someone at the counter wanting to return some ornaments that still had the price tag attached, she had the receipt too, stating the color she chose wasn't a good match for what she needed, they wouldn't even let her return for store credit.
