For the longest time I'd pick up a candle or some hand cream when I saw a Bath & Body Works at a mall when I'm shopping but was not a regular shopper. I've recently fallen in love with this store!! I downloaded their app and was so surprised at how easy it is to earn free products. You also get a birthday gift, which was a nice surprise. The have great hand sanitizer options and really cute car fragrance holders. My favorite is their spa line. Everything smells incredible. They offer everything from hand soaps, shower gel and body scrubs to lotions and creams. There's always a sale or promotion so shop wisely. You can really find good deals on almost everything in the store. I was very impressed with the staff. As I walked up I was warmly greeted and given a splash of hand sanitizer. Normally you carry a basket around but now you're given a paper shopping bag that you shop with and then use to take your purchases away. The dedicated one way to enter and another to exit to enable social distancing more easily. I was asked several times if I needed assistance which made me feel very well cared for. The store feels so happy. The colors are bright and fresh. The displays look great, are neatly organized and make shopping easy. Whatever the season or holiday, the displays reflect festive excitement. Overall, if you want to shop for something a little fun, Bath & Body Works is the place!

I was so happy when this place opened in the Water Tower! The other locations seemed a little too far removed (except the one that was 5 min from my job), and I hate to pay for shipping when I can go in unless it's a hard to find fragrance. I like how they change up fragrances every few months but keep signatures around. They can keep the vanilla/marshmallow/food fragrances, blech! If you get the app they probably wont bug you for your phone number. I admit printing and pulling up stuff on my phone seems so archaic now! You get a gift for every $100 spent, and lots of deals instead of 17 emails a day!

The Location- 7th Floor of Water Tower Place Staff- Immediately when I entered Lauren greeted me and asked to help me. She was positive and helped me find what I was looking for. Thank you Lauren you deserve 5 Stars! The Cashier-asked me if I wanted to purchase another bath gel which was 1/2 price today=over$7.00 off! So I did!=5 Stars The Manager Behind the Counter-tried to upsell me as I was using a gift card that had been given to me. I felt pressured, but told her "thank you but I was not interested." It was awkward. I later witnessed the Manager on the Floor Grilling Lauren while she could have been helping customers.=2 Stars for the Manager. The Purchases:=5 Stars 2 Aromatherapy Bath/Shower Gels 1 Aromatherapy Hand Sanitizer.

Staff at this mall spot are always fantastic! They do not pressure new products, but rather gently recommend help.

I love that this store is so close to my apartment and it's inside of water tower place. I just wish the store was bigger.

What a really cool experience!…read more Private session for my friend and I to create and customize a scented soy candle. Personalized attention, great explanations and assistance. After measuring and mixing we picked the perfect vessel for our candle to solidify and were handed a label to name it. We were also signed up for the perfume class. There were fifteen of us present, good energy, nice vibe. It was like a science lab of scents and we worked our magic. We were instructed to choose up to six oils to mix into a beaker. We played around with the scents until it smelled like something we wanted to wear. We were directed to shelves of pretty perfume bottles; some included with the price of the class and upgrades that were not. My pretty pink bottle was an upgrade. When we received our perfumer's alcohol, we poured into our bottles, gave a little shake and came up with a clever name for our signature scent. I was really hoping the owner would pop in. It's good to know that we can refill each perfume bottle and candle jar at a discounted price. I named my candle "Priceless" because the combined scents remind me of my travel experiences. My chosen name for my perfume is "Journey" because that's exactly where each note takes you.

I'm a big fan of the brand, and I love being able to go try out any new releases they come out with. They have candles, personal care products, home scents, but you're there for the eau de parfum (Santal 33, anyone?). Don't miss out on the city exclusive event in September (iykyk). The fragrances last ages on my skin, some of them will last until I shower the next day, coming alive for that last gasp in the steam. They're known for Santal 33, of course, but don't miss their floral offerings, too.

Post our bathroom visit, both hubby and I agreed that the hand soap was irresistible. I kid you not, both hubby and I looked ridiculous as we cupped our hands to our noses to relive the euphoric scent high. It not only smelled fabulous, but it also didn't dry the hands. Our next mission was to get in on this near flawless hand soap. Hubby could not remember the name of the brand however I managed to take a pic of it. Lo and behold, it was Le Labo. Le Labo products are high quality with a price tag to match. The last bottle we purchased was their entry level small Edition scent, sized at 237 ml. It was $37.00 online (less tax) and lasted 2 years with minimal use. This time we chose the Basil scent hand soap. We love it a ton and enjoy the fact if we ran out there is a Le Labo nearby. If seeking top-notch skin and hair care, this is the place.
