My wife and daughter wanted to stop in for some candles and scented sprays. They always tell me there is a sale but this many get this many free. I think that Sale goes on all year round just so wives can justify buying more to their husbands. I do like the scented soaps that my wife gets. Walked in this particular B&B Works and smelled all the different candle scents instantly. I wasn't greeted by the employees which was surprising because that's always been their motto. There were two women with aprons that were engaged in their own conversations with one another this wasn't unsetting. However I had to approach them and break up the conversation by saying, Excuse me. One of the female employees was kinda a Chatty Cathy lol but she seemed helpful when I asked her my question. Overall I'll return, they didn't have a big variety of Halloween candles left due to them having a huge sale a week or so ago. Thats the information that the employee gave me. read more

Nice ladies, but not all of them are on the same page when it comes to knowledge. They were out of the one item I went in for. I was told about the buy 3 get 1 free sale. I shopped the store and picked out several other items that weren't on sale. The lady by the door told me they had tried to order the item I was in for, and they still haven't received any. I asked if they could order it for me and ship it to me and still get the same price. I was told yes. I stood at check out and watched a girl stock as I waited. The girl stocking NEVER offered help and didn't let anyone know I was waiting. After a few minutes of waiting, I waved to the greeter at the front of the store, who sent someone to help me. The lady that came to the checkout counter and started ringing my sale told me about the sale and that I could get another item to qualify for the sale. When I asked her to order it for me, she gave me a sour look and said she couldn't do that, so I left my items on the counter and proceeded to walk out. A SALE WAS LOST! There was no apology as well as no concern, and you're the person ringing sales! I'll get a gift card from Lewisville store and give them the sale, as well as the job security. Train your people! I love this store it is always clean and the staff go out of their way to help me find just what I'm looking for- for myself or a gift. You are greeted at the door which I think is a nice touch. They've added self checkout and plastic shields at the regular checkout. Clerks all had masks on. If you sign up for their emails you get coupons and specials. read more

I love shopping at Bath & Body Works! I get the wallflowers,body wash, hand sanitizer, car vent clip, perfume and hand soap. The wallflower makes my whole house smell good. I keep the hand sanitizer and perfume in my car for on the go. Almost every day they have a sale and the sales associates are very helpful. They email you when they have a sale going on. read more

This location has been here as long as i can remember. It is organized and put together well. There is always a great selection of items. They currently have their Semi-annual sale going on and i suggest you get here while you can! So much stuff at such a great price, i loaded up on 3-wick candles for $8 the other day!!! as well as 4 other bags of stuff. Miss Renee at the counter went above and beyond for not only me but for every customer she encountered. She was so sweet and polite even when everything around her was very hectic. Yeah, I'm addicted to stuff that smells good. That is why I love this store! Body sprays, lotions, perfumes, soaps, candles, plug ins, room sprays...they've got it all! If you are a regular, they send AWESOME coupons in the mail as well. There are some smashing sales during the course of the year where I like to stock up on goods. The only problem...storing all the stuff I horde. It drives Sugar Bear nuts! He just doesn't get it. With our house renovations, all of the BBW stuff I have is out on display in the garage. He has officially banned me from buying more until I use what I have or purge. BBW does NOT make this any easier with all the new scents they constantly come out with to seduce me into buying more! I'm down to my last few bottles of lotions and body sprays, so maybe I'll be able to go back and BUY (instead of just check out scents) sometime during the summer if I use it all liberally! read more

BBW is one of my favorite stores. But this is truly the worst location. It's in a run down building. The check out line is slow and you are pretty much on your own if you want to buy anything. I imagine this store won't stay open long. Terrible. read more
