The lack of customer service/disregard led me to put back my setting spray, foundation, tinted moisturizer, and lip gloss. I took pictures and went home and ordered them directly from Fenty online. I will not help sales in a place with a staff that lacks basic manners.

I had products in mind and I'm really glad she gave her honest opinion. She preferred products on the moderate price range and had me test them out. A little goes a long way and she actually saved me money so shout out to her! She did have me try a couple different brands and I stepped out to check them out in other lighting. She agreed that would be a good idea because it's bright white lighting in their store. I went to target next door and the lighting was trash so I took selfies in the car and then I was immediately sold when I came back it was perfect timing because she just got off her break. She checked me out with no issues and we just laughed about random things. Unfortunately they didn't have the living proof no frizz oil I was looking for so I'll have to go to Nordstroms but no worries. I'll definitely come back and work with Reaira again! The place was really busy but I love girlhood because it just felt like we were all getting ready together and sharing mirrors and excusing ourselves when we got in each others way. I coulda sat there all day just listening to her be excited about her job and the different make up that she likes working with. It was honestly refreshing listening to someone who truly seemed like they loved their profession.
