Well, I was pleased to discover that they had a wireless bra in my size (think pre-teen). Kaela who helped me was able to size me up by only feeling my rib cage and looking at me dressed. That girl is good! She knew exactly how to help me and showed me all of the possible options. I really like their new "t-shirt" bras! They are super comfortable and soft, yet fit around the rib cage and don't ride up (yes, us small girls have that issue) The only thing I wish is that they had white and black. They do have a very light grey and stripey dark gray and nude. Overall I am sa-tis-fied! See ya in another five years VS (unless I need underwear).

Someone assisted me right away with my color match for the Lady Gaga Haus foundation and eyeliner, despite it being quite busy in the store. Rachel was especially helpful--she guided me to the best lighting, took my opinion into account, and helped me find the perfect shade. She also helped me pick out my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow and a few other products. Although there was a, the checkout process was smooth, and Klaus, the gentleman who assisted me, had the most stunning eye makeup--reminiscent of a winter sunset in a ski town. It was one of the best makeup looks I've seen at any Sephora, and it made me wish I could do my eyes like that! While many Sephoras provide great customer service, Rachel stood out with her kindness, product knowledge, and attentiveness. Unlike past experiences where associates insisted on what they thought looked best, Rachel truly collaborated with me to find the perfect match. I also appreciated that this location was a standalone Sephora, not inside a Kohl's or another store. Even though it was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed and provided a great overall experience.

It was for my wedding reception and she went above any beyond finding other dresses in the back that could work! I was also helped by Colleen in the dressing room. This location is the best and more chill than the north location. 10/10
