I had to run some errands, so I explained where the existing generator was to the office contact and told her that there was no need for the tech to talk to us because none of the work required inside access. The tech came when we were out (I caught him on our surveillance cameras) and inspected the location of the old generator, then left. Two days went by and there was no follow up (no contact at all) from the office about my quote. Over the next week I asked three more times and got no response.
