We were extra challenging diners as one of us is vegetarian and the other is not. He accomodated us both seamlessly. Our courses were similar in flavor combinations, just slightly altered so as to incorporate either meat or non-meat options. The man is truly an artist. He guided us through the entire dining adventure with his expertise and his warmth. Each plated dish was unique, satisfying, and beautifully presented. We have been lucky enough to travel to some pretty cool places over the years and dine in some pretty special restaurants. We honestly are having trouble thinking of an evening out that was as special as our evening at The Blue Mystique Inn.
