The constant stream of sexual innuendo whenever MK is teaching. It has gotten to the point where I am stressed out before I even work out because I'm just waiting for the next "oooh, I love to rub against you baby" comment. He is a great trainer except for the hyper-sexual stream of consciousness that flows. :(

This gym is fantastic. It is not just a gym to go to to work out at. It is a community the staff…read moreare friendly caring and helpful. The equipment is clean and up-to-date. And the owner is very philanthropic and constantly helping with donating to different things in the community whether it be a Boy Scout Eagle project, the Special Olympics, local School, veterans, you name it they get involved to help! They also have fantastic trainers each one has their own specialty but they are all quite friendly and skilled. I'm proud to be a member here!
