I went to Blue Plum dental, who kicked me out due to my anxiety. So, I chose to go to Johnson City Dental instead, knowing my insurance wouldn't cover their services. Dr. Patel took care of my health even when it was hard on her. She did the same for husband who has had to have 2 tooth extractions due to a broken tooth. I would gladly choose to pay 100% out of pocket to go here than somewhere that accepts my insurance.

This practice has taken all of the necessary steps to protect their patients against COVID-19. For example, we waited in the car until it was time for my parents' appointment. Staff came wearing masks to the car and escorted my parents inside and returned my parents at the end of the appointment. Also, staff took the time to explain the results of their exam to me and invited me to use their restroom or bring coffee back to our car while I waited. This was a very nice touch. They had previously tried to do an implant for me last year but told me there was not enough bone. My dentist told me to get second opinion. I went to Kingsport and now have two good implants. I didn't want to go back to Kingsport because of the distance but this place has left me no choice.
