I was told that the doctor does not have a schedule. I explained my situation as my dentist and Dr. Bills spoke of my case, she had the biggest attitude in her voice and told me 2 months from the time that I asked, how is that a favor between doctors. The doctor doesn't do Friday's and I can't book particular days, what? I went there before and they OVERCHARGE a ridiculous amount for orthodontics, that's why I never returned. I was only going to fix something that should have been done and my dentist wanted to rectify for me.

I was baffled!!! This never happened to me before at any medical clinic! I was then told they couldn't rebook me because they are completely booked for the next few months and I asked them will they call me if there are any cancellations? They said yes, but I did not get any calls from them.
