Most places I called said you need to come in and talk to the doctor, but most of the dates were later in the week. I called Rothman and Kim and they said we will see you this afternoon. From the receptionist, I knew I was in the right place. The dental assistants were amazing. Every single one put me at ease and then Dr. Rothman came in and made me feel comfortable. He took care of business with minimal discomfort and I am a happy camper today. This office rocks! Thank you again for helping me thru my two day toothache. Would recommend this office 1000%

I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back. This was the best experience I've had since my dentist that I used to see in Bala Cynwyd. Back in 2006.

First of all, let me say that the office staff and assistants were very nice, professional and…read morekind. The process and procedure, however, left a lot to be desired. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and ended up with less than 7 minutes face time with the dentist. He provided simple extractions of 2 single rooted mobile teeth. To my shock he administered 5 oral injections without the benefit of topical anesthetic, including an injection into the mental foramen, 1 palatal injection and 1 lingual injection. To add insult to injury he administered the anesthetic under great pressure in a bolus rather than slowly to allow the medication to work as the injection process progressed. He then immediately picked up the periosteal elevator and was obviously annoyed when the area was not yet numbed. The whole experience was absolutely barbaric and completely inexcusable in this day and age. I have NEVER had an oral injection without topical and certainly have never cried during the process. Responsibility for this terrible experience lies wholly on the shoulders of Dr. John Masi. His lack of attention to patient comfort and lack of empathy was appalling, given the dental spa fees I was charged for 7 minutes of his time. Never again.
