Bass Pro Shop was great as usual. The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well organized, and there's always something awesome to see or pick up. Even if you're just browsing, it's a fun place to walk around and check everything out.

Great place to do business! This place could serve as a mini vacation for an outdoorsman. Beautiful decor/taxidermy, indoor fish tank and my favorite the trout stream. See through elevator to get from first to second floor with a buggy. Great selection at a decent price (for today's market) and nice ball caps at a very reasonable price! Arcade shooting range was fun for the whole family to spend a few minutes as well. Overall great experience and very friendly staff! Keep up the good work guys!

For some reason, I really like to visit Bass Pro Shops when I am traveling, if there is one nearby. I have discovered recently that I like this one clothing brand that is found at Bass Pro Shops, Natural Reflections. I really like their denim jeans and think they fit me well and are quite comfortable. On the day of my visit with my husband and our little girl dog (yes Bass Pro Shops are dog friendly), I was fortunate to find their jeans on sale. I generally like to browse Bass Pro Shops and check out the giant fish tank, all the taxidermy, camping gear, boats, etc. All the employees we interacted with were friendly. Overall, had a positive shopping experience and would come again.

This is always a fun stop! Love the atmosphere & all the different sections to shop in. Awesome views! Lots of unique gifts, cooking & camping supplies, hunting supplies, boating supplies - truly something for everyone here! I do miss the restaurants that are sometimes inside of Bass Pro Shops but there are lots of places close by. Be sure to splurge on one or three of their many flavors of fudge, you'll thank me later ;) Happy Shopping!

BP has always been one of my fav stores for everything outdoors. I've spent enough here to pay cash for a new car over the years. Finding help is the only issue I've ever had here. When u have questions it's like everyone scatters and it's hide and seek trying to locate someone. Take for instance today's trip. I wanted to get 2 pairs of Irish setters for winter hunting and there wasn't anyone around the boots to help me ‍ come on now have someone here in the area to help customers, so instead of spending $500-600 on new boots I left empty handed. After 20 minutes of standing around and waiting for someone to walk over I said screw it. I'll just find something online and hey possibly even save some money in the process

They have everything you could possible want if you plan to go outside for any reason. Everything you could possibly need the hunting, archery, shooting, fishing, the actual products, plus clothing and shoes. High quality binocular and spotting scopes. High quality guns. Reloading supplies. For non hunter/fishers they have toys, bird feeders, wind chimes, candles, linen, home decor, chairs. There is a restaurant, Uncle Buck's.

It is a smaller Bass Pro, similar to the one at the Branson Landing. Very clean and well organized.

service front desk, accepting, enthusiastic…read more selection large, wide, especially the world cup section by the wheel, including jerseys for boy or girl, a soft shirt with a scriptive font "us" i'd noticed among the selection. also, as a selection in its own sense, the ginormous ferris wheel you can see in the middle of the store while near the back, surprisingly is listed at just $1. so rather than bring the entrance attendant the dollar i'd brought to ask to cuton the ginormous wheel, i put it on a mannequin sporting a oversize gold chain to express desire for the immersion of such a symbol of national unity and fandom, somewhat similar to the vuvuzela, a symbol of fandom from the 2010 world cup that expanded from the hosting country from the adoption by fans from differing nationalities all over the world. a chain is absolutely symbolic of a serious subject, in slavery, with the wearing of a chain containing various historical significance, such as reclamation, commoraderie, or in a extremely complex way jest. so to encourage respectful, complex discussion regarding a oversize chain as a potential expression of national unity and fandom, checkout such content as that about the reclamation of the symbolism of wearing a chain by black culture, within hip hop but not exclusively, the inclusion of the turnover chain by the db group for the u, and potentially the collective expression of national pride the vuvuzela symbolized at the 2010 world cup. ambiance the ginormous wheel, very likely the first i've saw indoors, is as much a part of the ambiance as selection, especially due to its openness in the middle of the store and its surrounding sporting goods selection. nonetheless, while i'd anticipated the first experience seeing a ginormous wheel indoors, i was not aware the store has two levels throughout, save for a second floor opening in the middle where the wheel is, so that makes for some cool multilevel experiences for wheel riders. and lastly, as a note on timing for planning a visit, i'd first considered going during the locally hosted state fair in the fall as an alternative to paying admission to the fair if the main goal is riding a ginormous wheel, and with no admission charged to enter and a ride of the wheel costing $1, that alternative it still is. however, remembering the first public appearance of the ginormous rotating wheel at the world fair june 21 of 1893, i'm offering that history factoid as a potential teaching point, with practical experience available through the ginormous wheel inside the sporting goods store.

This store was great! They had a great selection of pretty much every item for good value. Last year, I got some running shoes for a very good deal. They ended up being great running shoes too! The service here was really good. All of the employees here were very nice and helpful. The inside was very clean. It was also pretty cool. There was a fish tank and a Ferris Wheel. Overall, great store and I highly recommend it!

I was very disappointed in salesman James Render. We stopped in after going to the Boat & RV show…read more We asked to look at some toy haulers and I gave him a list of what I was looking for and our budget. He ignored pretty much everything I told him. Then when I got frustrated at his lack of listening to my "list" he assured me that he understood what we were looking for. He told me that he would send me videos of some RV's from other dealerships. I expressed my concerns at buying a camper that I couldn't walk thru. He assured me that he would send me videos of campers that fit what we were looking for and if I liked them he could have them shipped to his dealership for me to do a walkthrough. I told him that would work. It's been 3 weeks and I have sent him 3 messages asking for updates on when he would be sending me some videos. What I have gotten back is nothing. No response to my calls or emails. I guess this is the level of customer service I should expect from a Camping World/Ganger Mountain dealership. I've heard stories and from the looks of it, they were spot on for poor customer service. It would seem that I have fellow toy hauler owners who feel the same way. See attached photo from a group I am in today.
