I used to think they had some pretty cool clothing and I went recently looking for some cool boots or shoes or joggers. Found absolutely nothing. Honestly, I thought most of the shoes looked cheap. No Keens or other name brands. Mostly just store brands. The clothing was a bit better for selection but I didn't really find any winter sales. I feel like they tried to scam me at the boat center. They show several boats in inventory and I even called and asked is this in stock and available sure is was the response i got back. Did all the financing online after a week get a call everythings approved call and schedule to pick up your boat. I call tell them want to arrange pickup and at that time I am told oh they should have told you we have this boat here but cant sell it this is a order only boat 8 -12 weeks minimum this time of year as its the first of May Really!!! would have been nice to know before i get dinged on my credit as now I have to find another boat read more

Great place to do business! This place could serve as a mini vacation for an outdoorsman. Beautiful decor/taxidermy, indoor fish tank and my favorite the trout stream. See through elevator to get from first to second floor with a buggy. Great selection at a decent price (for today's market) and nice ball caps at a very reasonable price! For some reason, I really like to visit Bass Pro Shops when I am traveling, if there is one nearby. I have discovered recently that I like this one clothing brand that is found at Bass Pro Shops, Natural Reflections. I really like their denim jeans and think they fit me well and are quite comfortable. On the day of my visit with my husband and our little girl dog (yes Bass Pro Shops are dog friendly), I was fortunate to find their jeans on sale. I generally like to browse Bass Pro Shops and check out the giant fish tank, all the taxidermy, camping gear, boats, etc. All the employees we interacted with were friendly. Usually we have a great time looking at things we need seasonally. I wish there were more bison decor items. And when you are tax exempt and a veteran, I don't always get the greatest service when I ask if I can use both. There is a young man behind the customer service desk that' gets an attitude of "I'd rather be doing something else"... If I'd remembered his name, I would have posted about him two months ago. That was one of the worst dealings in Bass Pro Shops. In Memphis, TN or Springfield, MO .. they treat you a little better. I guess just don't be a US Army Vet And shop here. I fish and hunt... BP has always been one of my fav stores for everything outdoors. I've spent enough here to pay cash for a new car over the years. Finding help is the only issue I've ever had here. When u have questions it's like everyone scatters and it's hide and seek trying to locate someone. Take for instance today's trip. I wanted to get 2 pairs of Irish setters for winter hunting and there wasn't anyone around the boots to help me ‍ come on now have someone here in the area to help customers, so instead of spending $500-600 on new boots I left empty handed. After 20 minutes of standing around and waiting for someone to walk over I said screw it. I'll just find something online and hey possibly even save some money in the process read more

Love this store...I can never get out without buying something... Staff knowledgeable, friendly and wearing masks. Had to do a return, nonissue. Tried to buy a life jacket...didn't have any but that's a supply chain issue with COVID and CHINA, the shortage is everywhere. More options for outdoor clothing than you can handle. Great footwear selection, plus a great place to get hiking socks. Also...tent replacement poles, camping gear, outdoor cooking, and firearms... lots to see, and prices are right. There are several stores in town that sell similar items and I always shop around...but Bass Pro is great with selection, quality and price. I read a review about their hunting counter, and due to current situations, the counter is roped off, and you have to register to be served one at a time. With COVID, social distancing, and the rush on firearms, this method is intended to protect everyone and give space...we had a party of three, only one of which was allowed at the counter, so when we were texted, we went to the end so we could all be engaged....Salesperson showed us everything we asked, plus made tons of suggestions...it was a great experience for all involved. Did we have to wait? Yes. We're we allowed at counter? Not until we were called. Did we get our panties in a wad? No, because we understood it was for our safety, and everyone else's as well. Maybe the system isn't perfect for everyone, but it worked, and when we were there, I saw 6 handguns and 2 rifles go out the door... Thanks for looking out for us BassPro! read more

This is a rock solid Bass Pro location! Where it's not as big as the original in Springfield, MO it offers the same features and fun. I come here for anything outdoors and love to shop the specials when they have them. My 3 yr. old daughter loves the huge fish tank and the activities they have for the kiddos throughout the year. The store here is always clean and full of great staff that are willing to help. If you haven't been to Bass Pro Shops in Broken Arrow, you don't know what you are missing. This is the sportsman, camper, and outdoor person's paradise! And for those of us who are not sportspersons, there is something for us there as well. I like going to Bass Pro because they are just plain fun to visit! I can take Oreo - they love dogs! When we take Oreo, we always visit the huge fish tanks, go up the elevator and walk around upstairs, then walk down the huge stairway. Oreo loves it! Afterwards, if it's a nice day, we eat outside at Uncle Bucks. They have hamburgers, fries, and alligator! If we don't have Oreo, we eat inside. They have a nice dining room with a HUGE fish tank! I came into the Broken Arrow Bass Pro Shop location this afternoon with full intentions of purchasing a new sidearm. My first interaction with Jon at the firearms counter was poor. He half heartedly answered my questions. I assumed he was in a sour mood having been a long day at work and being the day after Christmas, but the negative attitude did not stop there. I purposefully sought out other associates, and somehow ended back with Jon multiple times over. I left the store not having spent 1 dollar, and will be purchasing my future firearms from other retailers who welcome business. Word of advice: if planning to purchase any firearm seek local business, seeing as the faces of the Bass Pro firearm counter don't seem to want to assist sales. read more

I made a firearm purchase online on 12/2/2023. The rifle was supposed to arrive in the Broken Arrow store within 5-10 days. I chatted in on 12/11 and was told it was at the store and I should give it 24-48 hours for confirmation to come pick up the item. I waited 3 days and chatted in again on 12/14 and by noon I received a phone call explaining they "didn't check it in properly" and that it was ready. I then traveled 1.5 hours to Broken Arrow after I got off work at 5pm. I arrived and checked in to the queue at the gun counter around 7pm. I was 4th in line. I waited in store 1.5 hours and when my name was finally called it was 8:35 and they told me it was too late. I explained that I have a 3 hour round trip to pick up my item and that I waited 1.5 hours but they said sorry. They won't start the NICS check after 8:30. I asked for a manager and by the time he showed up it was 8:43. I was told to "check their store hours online next time." There were 5 employees working the gun counter at the time, but only two customers being assisted at a time. They saw me standing there for over an hour and didn't even tell me that 8:30 is cutoff. If it wasn't for the fact that I bought this firearm for my son for Christmas I would request a refund and would never do business with this company again. I have never been more disappointed or angry at a company in my life. I have spent a lot of money in this store alone and unfortunately this sort of thing has happened before. That's why I made the trip on a Thursday night just in case. I'm guessing that I'm expected to make another 3 hour round trip to pick up the item I already paid for. The biggest issue I have was that the employee and manager I was talking to made it more about having all the firearms locked up so they could get out of there around 9 rather than providing good customer service. They have EVERYTHING the avid fisherman and hunter would want. I got a kick out of the camouflage clothing. It had pictures of branches and leaves. That's what our Armed Forces need, quality camouflage. There was stuff that I had to ask my boyfriend what it was!! I saw a collapsible ladder with an area for standing that the hunter climbs and waits for prey. I loved the giant waterfall and the tank with fish. There was even a laser shooting range. The reason I gave it four stars is because the gun I paid to use was broken and the attendent wouldn't let me use another one for free. Poor customer service. read more

The store is huge they sale about every outdoors here and then some. The only thing about this place is the gun prices are a bit higher so do research if you plan on buying a gun. What can you say about a place that has dedicated itself to hunting and fishing and camping? I say that Bass Pro Shops is awesome! Two reasons for the four star review... If you go here to buy a firearm, something I have done numerous times, it takes a LONG TIME!!! First you typically have to wait in line while someone who has not done the proper research prior to purchasing a firearm asks a plethora of questions. The second reason is their prices. They are typically higher than any other place around, except for their December sale. The only reason I buy firearms here is because I receive several gift cards a year for Bass Pro. read more

My mother and I visited this location with coupons for a couple of father's day gifts. We arrived at the unmanned counter where fish finders are sold, and waited for about 5 minutes before an associate returned to help the 3 customers in line. After learning the item we were looking for was actually at the upstairs optics counter, we walked up there and found no associates at that counter either. No one showed up or walked by for over ten minutes, until my mother went off to find someone who could help. Finally, an unapologetic employee showed up. He tried ringing up my item there at the counter, but realized he couldn't at that location. He then took me to the hunting section, and after he couldn't ring me up there he had me follow him downstairs without a word. He told me to wait in line at the in-store pickup counter and handed the item to a clerk working there. After waiting there for another 5-10 minutes, I was helped. My mother experienced similar wait times after checking in to be helped at the gun counter, waiting a total of 15+ minutes to be helped. I was unimpressed in the way Bass Pro Shops employees seem to regard their customers, and I will not be returning there after this 45-60 minute visit to buy two specific items. read more

Had a pole reel combo that the rod snapped mid cast it's on almost perfect condition and they refuse to exchange without a receipt. Keeping in mind that it was a gift to me I don't have that. Academy will exchange no questions asked. I didnt want cash I just wanted my pole to be replaced like they state they will due if it's in good condition which it is. read more

Went to Broken Arrow store to shop for a gun. They have the most ridiculous system now. You cannot get within 4 feet of the counter. Gun counter is roped off for the entire length and you go to the far end to "register" to have a clerk help you. (Only one clerk was working!) The sign says that after you register, the clerk will text you that you can come forward. They are going to "text" me when I am STANDING RIGHT THERE? How silly is that?? A clerk came up behind the counter to check some numbers on a gun and I asked him if I could just walk up to the counter to see if they had what I wanted. He was very snippity and told me to register just like anyone else. Since I am old and wear glasses I told him I couldn't see the guns from that far away. He said "too bad". He was a great example of a bad salesman for Bass Pro Shop. There are plenty of gun shops in Tulsa area so I'll buy elsewhere! read more

I am the furthest away from being a hunter or a fisherman. However the employees here make you feel comfortable no matter who you are. They offer great customer service and have a wide selection. They even carry brands such as North Face so don't be discouraged to go in there if you are a city boy like myself. I feel very welcomed when I go in. read more
