I tried their salted caramel, strawberry, cookie monster and chocolate. The salted caramel came out alittle watery and melted. The flavors were pretty good. The texture was all icy. They have a variety of toppings. My daughter loves sour warm gummies so I got her 2 but when I was picking them out they didn't feel soft. Thankfully I only got her 2 pieces because they were rock hard and not fresh and the Kit Kat squares I got myself were also old and stale. Overall, a bit disappointed. I was honestly really excited to bring my kids and experience it for ourselves. When we arrived, though, the actual location was much smaller than I expected. There were only about four tables, and the atmosphere just didn't feel as inviting as I had imagined from seeing it online. The employee helping us also seemed pretty uninterested, which unfortunately took away from the experience a little. All the tables were taken, so we ended up getting our ice cream and leaving. That said, the kids really enjoyed their ice cream! They got the Dubai chocolate ice cream and were still eating it two days later, so clearly they liked it! I got the rainbow slushy with candy on top, and it was pretty good too. I think the biggest thing for me was that the social media hype created a much bigger expectation than the actual in-person experience delivered. The treats were good, but I was more excited about experiencing the place than just getting ice cream, and that part fell a little short. I've seen the truck many times across town but never tried it.....boy am I glad I did! The texture is like literal snow, perfectly soft, melts in your mouth, everything I could have ever dreamed of when picturing a cotton candy snow cone.
