I've always been a Baskin Robbins fan. I have loved their Mint Chocolate Chip, Cherries Jubilee, and Rocky Road flavors since I was a kid. I tried their new flavor, Winter White Chocolate, and loved it. It is white chocolate flavored ice cream with coated cherry pieces & cherry swirls. I got it with a cake cone. I was happy with the freshness of the cone and the large scoop of the ice cream. The cashier was fast and friendly. The ice cream shop is small and has some indoor seating. Accessibility: lots of parking available, but no specific handicap parking. Also did not see a ramp to get onto the sidewalk unfortunately. The parking lot is always pretty so be careful going through here. The door to enter the building is a single pull door and it's a little bit heavy. Experience: going up to this place, one of the first things I noticed was the cute door handle! It's a big pink spoon! I have been to many Baskin-Robbins but this is the first one I have seen with this fun door handle! Absolutely love it. Coming inside, it is very empty inside. All the tables are pushed to the side and there are no chairs. There is a sign up that says no indoor dining (8-22-2021), but there are 3 tables outside the store, on the side of the store, with chairs attached to the tables (you cannot move them). There were two people/women working today and they were super kind, greeting me the second I came in, answering all my questions and laughing and talking with me. Excellent customer service! These two people seemed like they enjoyed being there and it was really a pleasant experience inside! Although this isn't my favorite brand of ice cream, I was craving something sweet and since I was already at this shopping center for another business, I figured I'll stop by. There were few others at the refrigerator section looking for ice cream cakes when I came in. The guy behind the counter remembered who came in first and took people in that order as no one was in an actual line. I got two cones of ice cream (cherry and Oreo cookie). When he handed me the cherry, the ice cream fell off the cone. After he handed me the Oreo cookie cone, he gave me a new cherry which was very nice of him. I cleaned up the ice cream off the floor with the napkins from the disposable box. The service is good but would have been better if there was an actual line. read more

I went today with my little sister and after a couple bites of her ice cream my sister found a long piece of blonde long hair in her ice cream, 2 seconds later I took a bite out of my ice cream and found a short piece of blonde hair i was like aint no way! my hair is brown so it wouldn't be mine. i went back to the store and told the employee that there was hair in our ice creams and he remade our ice creams, I let it slide because I felt bad and I also got my nephew a mini ice cream the second time i went, once i got home not even 10 minutes being home my nephew comes in my room and tells me there's hair in his ice cream i got so upset because how does this happen again when i just went back because of the same reason! i went back to the store again and told him there's hair in my nephews ice cream and i wanted a refund because it's nasty and i don't want my nephew eating someone's hair with his ice cream. he tells me he cant do a refund and there's nothing he can do and can't give my money back and i told him even if there was hair in my ice cream and he still told me he can't do anything about it. then i asked if i can get corporates number because that is unacceptable at all and he told me he cannot give out his bosses number and there's no corporate number . Then i told him if i call the store another day will a manager answer and he told me his manager is never there . He gave me a card with 10% off my next purchase but i'm never going back there again i'm so upset and angry that i didn't get my money back when i found hair in my ice cream, my sisters and my nephew's! Took my boys here today for an after-school treat. I hadn't been to this location in years, but I drive past it all the time. It's in a strip mall, plenty of parking...really good location. It's a typical Baskin-Robbins. Plenty of choices, some seating, an area to order cakes, and a freezer section. The employee was friendly and ice cream was served quickly. Our order consisted of 3 kid cups (yes, I ordered a kid size!), two were with sprinkles. The total was over 10 dollars. A bit pricey for 3 kid size cups. I have been going to this location for years and it has gradually gone downhill. It's been a family tradition to order ice cream cakes here for family birthdays and this recent cake order for my Dad' birthday was a DISASTER. The only saving grace was the employee who helped me with my cake order - she was pleasant and helpful. I placed the order online and got a call from this location saying the printer to print photos on cakes was broken. I made another choice and she gave me a free upgrade to the next cake size up. When I came in to pick up the order, the owner ( I assumed) was with an employee at the register and I wasn't immediately greeted or helped. They acknowledged me, but he went on with what he was doing with her on the register (training?). The cake lady noticed me and asked them to help me, and the other employee said "yeah, I know!" I waited for another few minutes to be helped. When she finally helped me and showed me my cake, I was already mad because I had to wait and they made me late. This is where I am not asking for a refund because this part is on me - I quickly glanced at the cake and didn't notice the many errors. I also ordered two different types of candles, which they did not provide, so I had to ask for it. They just told me to pick what was on the display. The candles I ordered were not there so I asked the cake lady for it. She frantically looked through their drawers for it and they did not have it, so she told me to just get whatever is there and of course they didnt have the number candles I needed. So she frantically looked through the drawers again and they didnt have those either, so the owner said he'll give me a refund and just opened the register and handed me $7, without even asking for my order confirmation or apologizing. On top of that, he was NOT wearing a mask and was handling money and touching other things without washing his hands. When I took the cake home, I was appalled. The cake was not proportionate and the ice cream layer was bigger than the cake layer, so it was falling down. The chocolate pieces on the top did NOT look anything like the photos and were already melted (I don't live that far, so it couldn't have melted in the car). On top of that, it said Happy Father's Day in really bad handwriting instead of Happy Birthday Dad, like I put on the order. I was so upset to give this ugly cake to my Dad. I had to ask over and over again to be helped. I got skipped in line and when I asked to be helped she ignore me. I finally asked to be served one scoop since the group behind me had never stepped foot in an ice cream store and couldn't decide on scoops or a shake, and she begrudgingly scooped one single cotton candy ice cream scoop in a cup (not for me, I was with my 5 year old.) and I went about my day. I ordered a unicorn birthday cake and picked it up yesterday. We were not shown the cake at the shop before we took it home. Upon opening the box and removing the cake, we realized that the sides had been smashed by the box. I returned to the shop today and showed the employees a picture. The employees immediately responded that they knew the cake had been placed in the wrong size box and thats why it was smashed. The owner was notified and the response was that it was our fault that we were not shown the cake at pick up, that we should have returned the cake immediately upon opening it (after they had already closed) and we were offered 10% off a future purchase. This is incredibly disappointing. Fortunately this cake was for an adult who was understanding but what if this had been for a child's birthday party? The intent of going back to the shop was to notify them so this doesn't happen to someone else but their lack of care and placing the entirety of the blame on the customer when their employees admitted they were at fault is unacceptable. read more

Oh BR31, do we have a history. Been coming to BR31 since I was a kid and still love it as an adult. What is there not to love? They have some of the best flavors, textures, and tastes to their ice creams. My favorites are mint chip, cookie n' cream, and pistachio. Can't find another brand except that big chain drug store with better ice cream. The reason for this review are the workers here. Usually you'll see teenagers working here. From my experiences, teens these days have zero customer service and work ethic. However, this BR31 employs some really good teens who actually care about service. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I always receive a greeting, my ice cream is always properly served, and hear a thank you as I'm leaving. Great job at this location! read more

I've been coming to this shop for many years, but I stopped when a previous owner never got their orders in time so there would be extremely limited choices of ice cream flavors. Visited again a couple of days ago and the bright, energetic person behind the counter (I'm assuming the owner or manager) was working all by herself. Despite the lack of help, she was very upbeat and even comped my son his milkshake because he had had a very bad day (the reason we were getting ice cream). If anyone is looking for a job, this seems to be a great place to work with a competent and compassionate owner/manager. read more
