Came in before the Sunday lunch rush! Loved the Fall Ballon decorations. The establishment was very clean, especially the tables and ice cream displays. The heater was on so it felt good to be warm and enjoy our cold treats. We had to come in and try the new Dubai Chocolate sundae and didn't disappoint and plenty of fixings and the new flavor pistachio chocolate bar ice cream is a new favorite. Tasty snack tonight. We had two scoop sundaes with hot fudge. We were pleasantly surprised that the chopped nuts on top were almonds... Delicious change from peanuts at other places. Staff member, Leslie, was pleasant and got our order correct. The restaurant was bright and cheerful... But very warm... Perhaps their ice cream freezer was overheating? Gerardo and Val closed the glass and leaned on the counter while he made the call. Both seemed to hate their jobs. Gerardo put the wrong lid on an ice cream cup, throws the wrong one behind him, grabs the correct one, then slams the cup on the counter. I called to place a cake order and received the best customer service from Maria! From the moment she answered the phone she was welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable! She immediately asked the right questions to give me the best options. She also had great suggestions which I took! My daughters 14th birthday cake was perfectly delicious thanks to her feedback. She showed a strong willingness to help and even though there's a Baskin Robins very close to my house I chose to drive further because of the great attitude and attention to detail Maria provided. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Baskin-Robbins is clearly not ready for the modern age. This is represented with their current partnership with DoorDash. When you advertise that online delivery is an option through DoorDash, you would hope there is a solution to reconcile customer issues. Obviously not the case. So our online order was delivered... However to our surprise... We received single scoop cups VS our fresh packed 24oz. We called this location to inform them of our current situation and the team member on the phone stated "to verify that you are not lying, we need you to bring the ice cream back untouched". Personally, I wanted to just let the ice cream melt and bring it back to them in liquid form, however, we decided to bring it in the condition we received it and threw it in the freezer. The way they responded on the phone was just ludacris, but that's not even the main issue. Fast forward to the next day, due to our schedules, we could not come until the evening. We took the ice cream out and brought it to this location expecting them to provide some sort of customer service. We were definitely proven wrong. The young man working the register was helpful, but did not know what to do. So he decided to partner with is supervisor, who was absolutely useless. She acknowledged and laughed at the situation, showed no empathy, and directed the poor man to "text the boss". She then proceeded to walk to the back and we didn't see her again. *insert side eye and hands in the air* What is the point of a supervisor that has no customer service skills or ability to deal with ambiguity. Why is there even a need to contact the owner?! We did not touch the ice cream and just wanted the ice cream we ordered and PAID for! The man texted the owner and asked that we wait for a response. We decided to not humor this situation any longer and informed them that we will be contacting corporate and necessary parties of this shitty experience. This review is to inform others that this has happened before and to know what to expect from this Baskin-Robbins location. We would hope that this does not happen to anyone else, but considering how our situation was addressed... It will happen again. So unfortunate this entire experience because the ice cream is good. The worst service by far! I took my 5 year old son to get ice cream and this is what we got. Not only was this banana split poorly made the girl who made it was VERY rude. I have to assume her false lashes prevented her from seeing what she was actually putting together. When it was time to pay she dropped the container on its side as you can see in the picture and when handing the spoon to us she basically tossed it at my hands. The only reason I didn't not stay behind and make an issue with a manger or her is because I don't show my son that behavior. If I was alone best believe she would've not only recieved a complaint she would've remade that banana split. If you don't like your job find one you do, it's not the customer's fault you work there. read more

This specific location has great customer service! A young lady named Marissa precises me with excellent customer service! She answered all my questions and offered me samples. She was very patient and friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted! The place is nice and clean with plenty of tables. Tons of flavors to choose from! Good nondairy vegan options as well! I had the watermelon and horchata ones. I've had the Miami vice and pineapple one in the past- all vegan. My favorite has been watermelon! Yum! Every 31st of the month it is $1.50 per scoop! Woohoo! Dangerously good deal! The prices are usually a bit high but worth it on the 31st. The ice cream is delicious, great quality and amazing taste. Download their app for deals and discounts! Did their survey on the receipt and mentioned this and was emailed saying I would be contacted regarding the issues. Wow. This is my first time leaving a negative review but justifiably so. I walk in in a rush to get a cake for my boyfriend who's birthday is tomorrow. It's a complete surprise and I need this done ASAP. I had called ahead and ask for pricing and was told "I don't know lemme check." I could hear a "how much is it?" Being called out to a coworker. Not a good sign. But I went there anyway. I ask about the flavors of what is out currently and was met with "uhhhhh I'm not sure." This was definitely the confused (maybe new?) girl id talked to over the phone. Well that was informative, thanks. I pay for a cake that's close to $40 which is quite a lot. It But I wasn't complaining. I needed this. I asked if they could write a message on the top and they said yes. Yeah big mistake to trust the yes. My sister noticed all of the workers staring as the small female named Alex or Alice was piping my cake. I hear obscene laughing along with "what the f#%K" being exclaimed along with a mistake. I found this so unprofessional and was so worried about my poor boyfriends cake. I even offered to pipe it myself at this point because they were laughing and clearly had little to no experience lettering. And this was taking forever. The surprise was already ruined at this point. I hear the only serious male worker there telling the two giggling highschool workers "the cake is going to melt if you don't hurry up." That's cool. Not like I have a drive or anything. I take the cake as soon as they were done. They didn't even check how I felt about it, but my god was I disappointed. My $40 cake basically looked like a child learning cursive tried their hand at it. I asked for a bag and they handed me a paper bag (didn't offer to bag it) and was so mortified I left. I had no idea what to say to this unprofessionalism. I unfortunately will have to scrape it off and repipe the cake myself. I can't recommend the unprofessional help and customer service that Alex and the other young female working there offered. I wish I could ask for a refund in all honesty. Super glad they had a clown cone for me! Hubby got a custom milk shake and it was almost $8 but it was also huge and quite possibly the tastiest shake I've ever had. And of course he got to pick exactly the flavor(s) that he wanted. Staff was friendly and polite. We stopped in pretty late at night and I was surprised at how many other customers came in shortly after us. It seems like it's a more popular spot than I expected. Shop was clean and well lit. They were well stocked with all flavors and the cakes in the display case were extremely attractive. I really don't like the parking lot here because it gets so busy and there are so many pedestrians, but that's the only thing that might keep me away. Otherwise, this BR is conveniently located just off the 101 and in the Walmart shopping center, in the little strip of shops pointing out at Rose ave. Plenty of other fast food dining options if you want to get a regular bite to eat before you come here and get a cool dessert. read more

Honestly I don't even know where to start came here twice in two difference occasions and received service from the same guy (have a name tag on but the name seems to be taken off). Customer service from this guy is a joke. He look like he doesn't want to be there and roll his eyes forget orders and is simply slow. Dude if you hate your job so much quit don't give paying customers attitude and roll your damn eye at us. On top of that he said there's no waffle cone so we asked him to make some then he got the nerve to make up some excuse how it take too long to warm up and take to long to set. Damn straight we made him make the waffle cone pretty sure he hate us for it with all that damn eye rolling. I called two other Baskin Robbins and visited one after she said she would call me back with an answer to my question and never did + they had no idea about cross contamination for peanut allergies. When I called this Baskin Robbins on Rose she knew the answer to everything I asked and my 10 year old got his Stranger Things ice cream in special containers and she knew how to handle peanut allergies and understood cross-contamination. First off!!!!! Why the hell is the AC broke? ITS AN ICE CREAM SHOP. ITS ALSO SUMMER. Walked in and literally felt like we were in satans buhhole. Just so disgusting inside this location it was unbearable. For a sec I let that go and decided just to tough it out. The ice cream would be good. Nope. Almost all my fave flavors were melted. The girls were nice and apologized. But seriously, I don't understand why management did not make the AC a top priority. Def went to another location. Horrible customer service. I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. There was a glitch in their online ordering system which resulted in me being charged for 8 cakes instead of 1. I noticed the duplicate charges the following day and went to the store to try to resolve. I spoke to Maria and told her I had been charged 8 times for my cake. She stated that she would let the owner know of the duplicate charges and that by the time I pick up my cake on Saturday (spoke to her Thursday AM) the charges would be cleared. Low and behold I go to pick up my cake on Saturday and the charges had not been cleared. I tell the cashier that I'm there to pick up my daughter's cake and also advise her of the issue with the duplicate charges. She proceeds to call Maria to inquire about what to do. Maria tells her to tell me to call my bank to get the charges removed. I tell the cashier why should I call my bank when it wasn't my bank who duplicated the charges it was Baskin Robins. She had no response. I ask to escalate the issue to a manager and the cashier stated that Maria is the manager. I couldn't believe that a manager would tell a customer that they would be resolving the issue with duplicate charges by a certain date and never even attempt to resolve and then have the audacity to tell me to call the bank and resolve issue myself! I then asked for the owners name and phone number so that I could escalate issue. I was told they couldn't provide me his information. I then asked for corporate's number. I called corporate the following week and was told that I would receive a call back from owner within 2 days. It has now been 4 business days and I have not heard back from him. And to add pain to injury the cashier was giving me the wrong cake! I had to inform her that the cake was not mine. I have escalated issue to corporate again and am waiting for a response. Come here often looking for my ice cream fix and so I've run into pretty much all the employees working there and I have to say I've never had a bad visit. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. They do their job and they do it well. I used to work at a fast food place a while back and I know there can be really rude ass customers but these people handle everything pretty well.
