I put in an order online and when I went…read moreto pick it up, the girl at the counter told me they hadn't made it and asked if I wanted a copy of my order so I could make it myself. So why do they take online orders? Then while I was heading over to the machines, another girl came out from the back to say that my order had already been made and handed me a paper bag with my order in it. When I got home it turned out that it was missing one of the toppings that I had paid for (I double checked my receipt to see if it was a "me problem," it wasn't), and the green apple sorbet was just...gross. It was really watery and tasted artificial. I tried to eat it and wound up throwing the whole thing in the trash. I also had caramel sauce which I couldn't even taste. The whole thing was a $13.00 fail (and I'm mad that I added a tip when I ordered). I don't know if it is this location (Woodmore in Lanham, MD) or if it is the product in general, but I will not be going to sweetFrog again. UPDATE: I called to ask for a refund and was told that they can't do refunds for online orders and that I need to request it online. I used the ordering system on the sweetFrog website and there is no place to request a refund. The person I spoke with didn't know what to do and gave me a phone number to call. When I called that number it went to "Shareholder Services at Computer Share." I give up. Don't go here.

Come and try the flavors because he will give you a spoonful of a sample. It is totally worth the $8.00. I know this week, I will be buying every flavor. I can't help it. My family is totally addicted. My daughter from college even calls or texts me her order so that I can pick it up. It disappears fast in my freezer. Eric, the owner & creator of Edesia's ice cream is a great guy and he is super friendly & nice; he uses no freaky additives or preservatives. It's sooo good because it's all natural. This review is about service and class and who I will and will not trust to prepare what I consume…read more I ordered a Velvet ice with oat milk. The woman taking my order added "no whip" because she assumed I didn't want dairy at all. When I asked for the whip they, with a nasty attitude, told me I had to pay extra. That didn't make sense to me considering the photo shows whip cream included. They started having a conversation in the back about me for making this simple request pointing out what their menu shows. I then pulled up the menu, waited in line again, and I showed them the menu and the mobile app which both show whip included and which you actually have to deselect it and neither has an additional fee. The woman preparing my order acknowledged that she deselected it on my behalf since I asked for oat milk. At this point - this is absolutely not about the whip cream or the upcharge, it is the abhorrent service, the aggressive demeanor, and the unexplained disdain I was shown when I treated both women with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment. ATP the woman who took my order saw the issue and was going to resolve it by, of course, adding the included whip cream! However, the manager, DJ returned and interfered refusing to allow her to do so & going on a rant directed at me when I was not at all in communication with her. Then, as she was returning my order (which included a tip btw!!) she proceeded to attempt to insult me by saying, "if you don't have 70 cents to pay for this, just say so." For the record, the tip I left was more than the 70 cents so that obviously did not land well. Throughout this dumbfounding experience, I was standing there, my voice calm, not raised, in a store full of my customers (after I patiently waited in line a second time) at 10 months pregnant. We all have bad days, but on so many levels, this cannot be acceptable at any point. To insult someone to try to win a "debate" over a non-issue in an industry where some of us remember "the customer is always right," is despicable at best. I hope someone finds a training opportunity in this, but I will not return to ever find out.
