Decent ice cream franchise location, I came here today to get the "free ice cream" promo on the app, so no dime was spent. Customer service was friendly and I also sampled a few other flavours before deciding. I had to order it through the app, and apparently it does not go through their system for the person to see until fifteen minutes later, which was strange but that's okay. Had to wait for my ice cream about 20 minutes. Ice cream was good, I had selected the Reese's Cups ice cream, got a single scoop in a small cup. Place could be a cleaner, there was a swarm of gnats flying around the trash bin which wasn't very pleasant to see. Also used the bathroom which was okay but could be better kept. Feel a little bad since there was only one person working, but I don't blame them for not being able to keep up with everything. That's on Baskin-Robbins. He also did not know how to properly scoop a single scoop. But to top it off, my kids found little plastic strings in their rainbow sherbet ice cream. Why is there only one person working here during the evening on a nice evening? It took over 30 minutes to get ice cream, poor guy was overwhelmed. Many people left. On top of that, the person working does not know how to scoop ice cream. Single scoop are barely a kid size. We ordered a kids scoop it was so tiny and he added more ice cream and this is what we got an actual kids scoop but got charged a single scoop. We ended up buying pre-packed tubs for the other flavors. Other people were complaining to each other about the size but didn't say anything. I have ordered from this location multiple times on ubereats and i would say about 75% of the time my fresh packed quart has only been half full and they almost never put oreo crumbles even though i paid an extra $1.23 for oreo crumbles. This has happened multiple times and i finally got fed up and called the store, the girl who answered had just arrived and was really apologetic but her solution was for me to drive there with the ice cream and she would put more ice cream in the fresh quart and put oreos on my single scoop. If i lived close this would be fine, but i live like 15-20minutes away which is why i ordered it on ubereats in the first place. I complained to Uber and they only gave me a $5 credit. Went to this location to pick up a birthday cake that my wife pre-ordered. It was already paid online, and I paid again when I picked it up. (There could be something that the store could have done to prevent this, but I also should have communicated better with my wife before the pick up). I called a couple of days later to ask for a refund on the duplicate payment. They got back to me and sorted it out. The refund was fairly difficult on their side to figure out as the amount of duplicate payment wasn't the same as the online payment, and having it processed through Google pay also complicated the CC number on the records. Absolutely the WORST costumer service experience of my life! I've been coming to this location for years and I've never experienced anything like this. We got there at 9:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing and the ice cream was covered and the lady goes "you better know what you want" I was with my two brothers, my father, and my husband, we were very apologetic but honestly shouldn't have been because it was 10 before closing, not 2 minutes! We were looking at the menu and she kept rudely and loudly saying "what do you want" When we were done ordering and had ice cream in hand it was still 2 minutes before closing and she said "just so you know I'm locking the doors at 10!" That was when I finally said she was being very rude and it was uncalled for as we had just spent $30 on ice cream and it was still before closing...her response "I don't get paid after 10:00pm" not sorry, or it's been a long night, just another unbelievably rude response. I normally have had no problems here in the past. Unfortunately the immature young lady recently hired is excruciatingly rude- the smirks and insults were shocking. I prefer hand packed ice cream- it costs more, not a problem. However, getting charged $28.47 for 3 small cups of hot fudge topping is a scam. The hot fudge cost more than the quarts of ice cream. I asked to be shown where on the menu the prices were to ensure this was not my mistake. She could not produce proof. She told me "it is .89 cents an ounce in an 8 ounce cup." I asked again, where does that say that, and the cups were not filled but halfway nor weighed. She repeated ".89 cents for 8ounces you do the math." What I heard was .89 cents FOR AN 8 OUNCE CUP! After another smirk and a have a nice day ma'am, I left. My husband went back and demanded a full refund. She refused. He said call your manager. Only after threatening to report them to the BBB and attorney general for fraud, the manager made her correct her mistake and we received a full refund. To the young female who hopefully reads this: get your attitude in check or you will make many enemies and lose business for your boss. And wipe that smirk off your face before you get a customer who won't put up with your unnecessary cocky attitude for an ice cream server. read more

Let me start by saying that I have lived in mill creek for 20 years and have always gotten my ice cream from here. This location has changed owners within the last few years and this is where the problem lies. My first experience in this establishment which it being under new ownership was terrible. When I walked in and ordered my I e cream, the owner also happened to walk in at the same time. The owner started cursing at the girl scooping my ice cream for making my scoops too big and made her take some of my already put in a bowl ice cream off. I had ordered a Sunday and instead of the normal scoops I had received in the past, I was given small scoops which were smaller than children's scoops and the price had jumped for the item by over a dollar. I realize a dollar is not a lot of money, but when ice cream is only 3.00 dollars to begin with it is a 25% increase with the increase being more on other items. I attempted to go back again today to get ice cream with my girlfriend and once again my ice cream was scooped and one employee made the other remove ice cream so that I had less than a child's scoop. It is their option to run a business this way but I am very dissatisfied with how it is being done. I do not appreciate the profanity which was used by the owner while myself and numerous children were in the store and I do not appreciate them taking ice cream out of my bowl to help their bottom line. I had nothing but positive things to say about this location before the new management and their unethical way of running a business, but now I will no longer eat here. This visit was absolutely HORRIBLE! My friend and I got there an HOUR AND 5 MINUTES before they close. The 2 girls working were already picking things up and putting them away, frantically wiping down the counters, and banging things around. After we were there for less than 2 minutes a girl asked if we knew what we wanted, we hadn't even gotten to the selection counter yet. We were there for 5 minutes, and I was on the phone, when the girl asked me again if I knew what i wanted. When I got off the phone from telling my boyfriend what they had, I told her the 2 orders I needed (she never and how many scoops, or what size). She gave me one scoop in each cup that were the same size as a childs scoop! My friend wanted to get her scoop while I was paying, the other girl paid my friend NO attention! She was to focused on mopping.... AN HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO CLOSE!!!!!!! Needless to say my friend had to ask, twice, if she could get her ice cream. THAT WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORSE SERVES I HAVE EVER, EVER HAD! At the cash register I asked for a small Sprite, the girl came back with a CAN of 7up, without mentioning they had no fountain sodas and they didnt have Sprite! I said "Oh no, never mind. Thanks though." She then said ok, and began to charge me for it! So when she was done I said "I said I dont want this." The girl looked at me and said, "you dont?"
